I wouldn’t put it past Ham to think this way.
Ham is legitimately one of the dumbest coaches in Lakers history.

Ham is definitely old-school, earn your stripes-type-HC. Not as bad as B Scott, fortunately...but enough to question whether he's playing the best players or not.

He's got one more year to prove himself. Vogel won the championship with Bron and AD. If we were fully healthy in the playoffs and we couldn't win number 18, then hopefully the Lakers move on from him and spin the coaching carousel once again.

What has Reddish done to earn that backup SG role already? He hasn't amounted to anything so far in his career.
