I DO NOT like the term Bilateral Achilles Tendinopathy .... because of what it increases the risk of. I REALLY hope they don't throw AD out there if it's still bothering him or only 'just' stopped bothering him. We don't need any disasters or higher risks of them.
Do right by AD and make the RIGHT decision depending on how recovered he is.

Yeah I wasn't stoked to see that change on the IR. I seem to recall reading tendinopathy issues are repetitive use/chronic-y types of issues (some doctor jump in here and help me out), not an acute concern so hopefully they'll manage him properly.
I mean LeBron has been playing on an ankle tendinopathy according to the IR so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ |

| I think I read it as that LeBron and AD have sore ankles/feet like anyone else after playing and when they sit out a game here and there, people should view it as an injury instead of thinking it’s load management. But I don’t think it’s anything that should affect their play from day to day or that they’re at any significant risk of having a serious injury. In other words, it sounds a lot worse than it is and they’ll be playing just about every game. |
