Thanks DB for another phenomenal season! ππ
Your Basketball IQ is the equivalent to Anthony Marshon Davis in this past series versus the nuggets. As he averaged 33 ppg, 16 rpg, 2-3 blocks ππ
For the remainder of these playoffs, Nikola will not face another big with the same talent and ferocity AD has.
I guarantee The Joker is going to really destroy the rest of the way more than likely to a second championship πͺππͺ |

I agree with this. The free throws really cost us the game.
Ultimately, we competed very well against a team that quite simply has our number -- a team with size, efficiency borne from CONTINUITY, and the current best player in the world. |
I agree⦠free throws really did cost us the game. I was saying that to myself as we missed more and more. DLO and others not being hot from three was also cost us. Overall, I thought we really out played them (again), but if we miss wide open shots and free throws, we lose. |

Missed FTs, DLo's inconsistencies on defense&offense/sloppy passes, Rui disappearing/not getting boards (he only had 4 in Game 5), Vanderbilt/CWood's injuries forced Ham into Small Ball, reliance on Prince as their best defender and Not Knowing How to Win/Lack of a Killer Spirit/Not Having a Take No Prisoner Attitude resulting in losing Game 2 and not getting many 50/50 balls/limiting Nuggets' Second Chance points were strategic factors |

Thanks for reminding me. I agreed to an event a while back and didn't even think about a potential schedule conflict with the playoffs. So the final write-up bit the dust as I didn't get home until late. I like to give thanks to the fam in that.
Much love to Mrs. DB and daughter, who sacrifice all season. I load managed like LeBron this season to make sure it wasn't as taxing as usual, but it still a lot. They are the best and always go above and beyond for me when it comes to the Lakers. |
