Fiona Harvery, the real life Martha, is suing Netflix. Read article. Do you think she should be compensated? It's supposedly about her life. She spent time in jail for what the series depicts. I'm not considering her claims of harassment and life disruptions. I think she should be compensated if the story actually tells about her life. Netflix claims the story isn't based on a true story. My concern is Fiona "claims" to be the "real" life Martha. Is she?

DISCUSS Especially those who've watched the show.

Shouldn't be eligible for compensation for committing a crime. So, if it is her and there are tangible damages, any compensation should be a donation to a charity.
