I would do LeBron and AD to Philly for Tyrese Maxey + salary filler (Tobias Harris?) and multiple first rounders. Who says no? Philly could contend with Embiid/AD/LeBron and we would be able to rebuild around a young star.

No thanks, that sort of package should be able to give us a bigger haul then that

if hurley is our coach there is no better time to rebuild in his image. I dont AD goes anywhere.

If LeBron decides to move on I’m not sure AD will want to stick around

The Lakers might get a 2nd rounder from Philly for LeBron, the Sixers have no motivation to make a trade when they have the cap room. LAL would basically be buying a large trade exception. Ain't no "Maxey" coming back, lucky to get a hot dog

What if we included AD?

Bron is going to end his career in Tinsel Town. He has many business investments here and there's no snow to make dem ol bones creak. He would be doing Brony and Philly a disservice if he went to Philly just to play with him.

Lakers arent trading LeBron and AD, that's just not where the team is trending. If the argument that "anything is possible" means you can't discount anything, well, sure. But realistically, there's no AD, Bron trades and the Sixers wouldn't trade Maxey for everything the Lakers have on the roster.

I mean if they can convince Maxey to max out in 2 yrs instead of now, every available assets for AD then we’re looking at this dynasty
Bronny-Maxey-Bron-AD-Embiid

Maxey is going to get a max deal this summer, that's not a variable of note. Morey can try to get a slight discount (don't think he will or should) but realistically, that's the path

In would love to have Maxey, but I don't see that happening.

As for LeBron, I have no problem with him leaving (which I doubt) and
setting our sights on a short to mid term growth. My concern is the FO's
lack of competence in rebuilding.

Employ, how much realistically can LeBron be signed for with other teams? Suns, Cavs, GS, Heat? Is trade possible with the aprons if Bron opts in?

He is not going to leave LA, it’s all a passive aggressive bit.

He knows he would never win with Embiid lol. If he can’t win with AD, it’s not happening with Embiid.

Embiid is the Harden of centers. Manufactured.

Thanks Emplay. That pay cut is nothing. Be interesting to see if Morey entices LeBron with the selection of Bronny.
Of course they would have to get a bunch of valued min players to play with LeBron, Embid and Maxey

Don't the 76ers have enough cap space to trade for AD PLUS BRon doesn't resign and signs as a FA with 76ers?

Looks like they have 6 tradable 1st? Would just that be enough for AD?

Bridges got 5 FRPS, so we want to trade AD for cheap?

Can anyone tell me what 1st rounders we could trade IF we kept #17? On FANSPO it still shows we can trade 3 1sts and I didn't think that was a possibility. Thanks

market for LeBron is nonexistent.

Dallas: Luka is young, and Kyrie still have 3 years of prime basketball left, so no urgency to break up the young core they've been accumulating for 1-2 years of LeBron.

Knicks: they're pretty much set, just waiting to sign Hartenstein

Sixers: Morey will never deal with the lakers.

Warriors: they have their eyes set on PG

Clippers: really?

Cleveland: maybe, but Lakers are not getting back Mitchell via sign and trade

there you have it, unlke the Buss family, all other teams know how valuable young and future assets are, and the baggage a 40 year old LeBron brings to the team. However, AD on the other end, can definitely fetch Lakers a ton of asset.

We need to stop trading away assets. We are hocking tomorrow while
building so-so teams today.

it looks like LeBron could stay in LA and suck up a nice chunk of
the cap. We can uses as many pieces as possible. While LeBron is
in LA he is gunning it away; we need to be smarter than having one
play with an aging player around. It's not about if he'll break down, it's
about when (unknown).

They tried to trade for Lebron at the deadline last year. They'd be interested, if they felt he was interested in going there.
