Wish DK the best. In a perfect world he would still be a Laker but there aren't enough minutes to go around

He'd have been starting over Rui next season.

Rui would be traded for a center. After you guys complain why didn't Pelinka get a center lol

It’s a good thing because it shows they’re not going to be in a position to tank anytime soon.

Good luck in Charlotte DK4.

Sad to see Dalton's name on this trade, although I think getting Luka Don did put Knecht on ice come playoffs.

Too bad he had to go, I like his play and he was just coming around after that lengthy slump. Best of luck to you, Dalton.

I had some Kerr/Horry visions with DK.

He’s so fearless and shot is smooth that I felt he’d be a great playoff weapon one day ala Kerr horry in clutch moments

I mean all the teams focus in on Luka etc and Dalton can get hot in the 4th. Once he’s hot he can’t be stopped.

Would have preferred Rui but the deal wouldn’t have worked. Yes I know everyone loves Rui play lately.

When you have a gaping hole talent wise in the middle DK was a luxury.

Good luck DK.

I am upset over losing him. He is gonna be a star.

Dalton, I will be rooting for you. Will miss you in a Laker uniform.

So bummed about this. But Dalton has no one to blame but himself. Lakers gave him every opportunity to prove himself...He needed to make himself indispensable. He didn't.

we got a great piece in return.
But im definitely going to keep an eye out on that Charlotte team, i think he'll shine over there.

So many damn teams i need to watch now.

Raptors because of BI

Dallas because of Max and AD

now Dalton.

Yup that trio will be fun.

Lets be serious nobody expects the hornets to be a serious team. But that trio will put fans on the seats.

Hopefully imo they build a capable roster around that trio. Hard to do that through trades since people dont want to come to charlotte.

But with all those picks and good drafting they might become capable.

Also the fact that they gave up Mark tells me they're going all in on diabate.

Not as good as Mark but he's an absolute freak rebounder with crazy hustle.

I feel bad for DK. A perennial lottery team like the Hornets is always looking to replace young players with even younger players. Even if DK plays well the rest of the season, the Hornets will likely be drafting in the top 5 this summer in a draft heavy with wing players.

I hope he can get out of there before the Hornets ruin his career.

He's going to have a nice career, I think. Playing with Lamelo should help him and the Hornets.
