Hard pass. This trade would make us very thin and handicap our ability to rebuild later, plus we would be relying on two superstars who could fall off a cliff at any time, including this coming season. _________________ Lakers 49ers Chargers Dodgers

Your analysis on why we shouldn’t do the trade is bizarre, LeBron/AD/Curry immediately helps you become the favorites to win the title for the next couple of seasons, I could give a rats *** what happens down the road because a lot of teams who aren’t even fortunate enough to be in the championship conversation have to stock pile picks year after year until there good enough to win, just imagine how lucky we are
I would go all in for Steph too. That's 3/5 of the lineup that Kerr most often closed with in the Olympics. Max and Vando to complete your starting lineup with Day'Ron as an option if you want to go bigger. We take a big hit with depth but plenty of options still available in free agency including RoCo, Fournier, Bullock, Bertans, Shamet, Osman, and McDermott. It's similar to how PHX's roster was constructed and I'll take that big 3 over theirs any day.
Ultimately, GSW will ask for more though; they're not going to sell themselves that short to accommodate Curry. Despite a mutual parting of ways, look at what BKN got for KD. _________________ Luxury Tax/FA Spreadsheet (Save to your Google Drive to edit)

IMO Curry, AD, and a 40 year old LeBron with a very weak supporting cast would not be enough to win a championship anyway. _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:

This is a no brainer for the Lakers and there's no way Golden State gets so little for Steph. Absolute cope
3/5 of the Olympic starters? Yea, gotta go for it if plausible. Pelinka simply gotta be at the top of his game with the remaining vet mins contracts but make no mistake, we’ll be a contender _________________ “The main goal for the Lakers is to win a championship. For the record, and as noted specifically in the article, this was more about understanding the rules and how they work (esp. how difficult they are for high salary teams with apron issues) - but Steph's extension doesn't trade restrict him _________________ Salary Cap Strategist and Columnist at Bleacher Report and on Twitter at http://www.twitter.com/EricPincus

If the Warriors start off slow the trade buzz surrounding Curry is gonna be delicious, unfortunately a lot of teams have more assets then the Lakers unless the Lakers pull a shocker and make AD available in a potential Curry trade

Except with a player like Curry.. IF he ever wanted to be traded, and I still don’t see it, he would decide where he wants to go.
Golden State isn’t trading him against his will to San Antonio.
Is there players with same exact salary as DLo or Rui? _________________ “The main goal for the Lakers is to win a championship. All I care about, all we care about, is to raise another banner in the rafters.“

Curry isn't leaving Golden State please stop lol _________________ #Welp
Em, you lose credibility saying AR was the 3rd best player. I know fans fantasize about that but knowledgeable journalist know better. _________________ “When it looks as if it is a realistic possibility, I want to focus on winning a ship like it’s a goal that can’t be denied. This. If they are going to join forces, it will be for the Warriors.

Dude, stop. It's a subjective argument and having my own opinion but also talking to people with nearly every team and other people in and around the industry, the general consensus is that Reaves is the team's third best player.
If you don't agree, that's your opinion, you're welcome to it and I respect it - and I'm not questioning your credibility which is pretty unnecessary _________________ Salary Cap Strategist and Columnist at Bleacher Report and on Twitter at http://www.twitter.com/EricPincus

This to roll with AR/Vincent/JHS at PG? Can you at least scheme the Lakers to get Melton? Seems like this figures no ship anyway so might as well tank with the FRPs without even trying to compete.
It could be trolling to campaign against LBJ/Dlo…without regard for the actual facts on the issues…so congrats on a job well done if that’s the case! _________________ “When it looks as if it is a realistic possibility, I want to focus on winning a ship like it’s a goal that can’t be denied.
