Lowkey starting to get excited about this signing. He may be a factor.
I have news you probably won't like: he won't be a factor.
I have news you probably would not like: he will be a factor.
Why would I not like him being a factor? I root for the Lakers.
But being excited and counting on a player who got 13 minutes per game in his sole NBA season and who has since been out recovering from a serious, life-threatening illness to be a factor? Yeah, refuse to hang my hat on that.
If he proves me wrong - good. If he doesn't, I at least won't go through another disappointment, because I didn't really care in the first place.
lol. He will be a factor. You nobody. That’s your poster name right?
thank god we signed him instead of Harry giles _________________ Iman Shumpert, believes LBJ's decision to constantly team up with other All-Stars eschewed the idea of superstars continually adding layers to their repertoire.
I think Lewis has to show something this season. He needs to show a jump…seems like his issues are in between the ears more than skill. _________________ “like I never left”

Lewis and Traore looked Uber athletic in summer _________________ “The main goal for the Lakers is to win a championship. All I care about, all we care about, is to raise another banner in the rafters.“

I really like both of them. I think traore is going to have along nba career. I think he’s a defender that can switch 3-5 and knock down the occasional 3. _________________ “like I never left”
The NBA is taking its sweet time and apparently might wait till the end of pre-season to tell them. Despite the fact he's playing in 5 on 5s and seems healthy currently and has been ready for us for a while. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

yep...
on one of the sports shows they were saying the NBA usually is fairly slow and deliberate on these kinds of medical issues
That's unfortunate for both LAL and Koloko - considering he hasn't played in 1.5 years, he could use the work _________________ LBJ + AD = More rings

I forgot his issue with blood clotting. Having had just one blood clot... I don't have a blood clot condition thank heavens… But I had one blood clot after a surgery and that was extraordinarily unpleasant. That is not something you want to play around with so I understand they have to make sure for sure for real for real
The NBA is taking it's sweet time and delaying it. He could be cleared by now but the NBA is likely to wait till after pre-season at this point or so has been heard. Not because he isn't ready, but it's what the NBA has decided to do -_- _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

Clots are also a particularly high risk, especially for athletes.
If a clot breaks free in your blood vessels, which is more likely during particularly strenuous activities, it can travel to the blood vessels in your brain where it can cause a stroke.
The NBA being a lot more careful in cases like this or Chris Bosh is probably warranted _________________ LBJ + AD = More rings

Yes, blood clots should be taken seriously and the league should err on the side of caution. My dad died from one 50 years ago. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.

Indeed, hope it’s a one and done case like BI without underlying risk factors but it doesn’t look good that he’s not cleared yet (assuming he finished the required treatment for the initial clot) _________________ “The main goal for the Lakers is to win a championship. In this situation it's less the NBA constantly monitoring him, and more the NBA wasting precious time because it isn't on their priorities list. They could right now if they wanted to, but they're waiting till near the end of or the end of the pre-season.
This isn't an 'extra caution' thing, it's a 'when we get around to it' thing. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

God forbid he doesn’t get cleared.. does anyone know if we open a roster spot? Can we sign someone like Biyombo in the waiver wire?
He was signed to a 2-way, so if he can't play there'd be another 2-way spot open...
it's doubtful that a high value vet like Biyombo would sign a 2-way _________________ LBJ + AD = More rings
