Looks real bad now. Just too tall and too relatively good. Wide open shots not going down, getting flustered, seen it before. |

Well A'ja you had an amazing year. I'm sure you're Hella mad right now but you did in fact have an MVP season and should be proud. |

So right now, Aces are shooting 33.3% and Liberty 39.4, pathetic shooting to watch for the two best teams maybe, though Liberty actually shooting a great 41 from three). |

Agreed. I think something dramatic would have to take place for that to happen. (And I don't want anything dramatic to happen no no no. Just play a good games and may the best team win.) |

I didn't watch the second game I didn't wanna be inside anymore I had to go out and see some sun. But nice to see that the series is tied up and there's gonna be a game five. That's what I was hoping for both of the playoff series but the Aces couldn't get it done so good job ... I think it was the Suns that was behind and had to catch up. Good job Suns |

All right I have the finals on my iPad since they started at the same time as our preseason game. And they just announced that they're changing the playoff for next season so none of this with the home team having an outrageous advantage right off the bat. |

Didn't know too much of the Lynx besides her rep, but wow she was great, clutch. But lots of praise to go around, obviously Collier amazing shooting and play except for that silly turnover up 4 in the paint, but I really like what Smith did, great passing, great connection with Williams twice, defense, fake pass to freeze everyone when passing to Collier at the top of the key, running ahead of everyone to score. Smith seems like a great glue player. Great smart passing wow. Plus offensive rebounds.
NY - Stewart really choked a lot, and except for taking advantage of Collier's bad pass and hitting to tie, also was poor late in the 4th. Their two stars disappointed in the clutch. I thought Stewart looked tired already. Maybe the pace is getting to them? Their size should dominate.
What clutch play and fight by MN.
By the way, was that definitely a foul in regulation on Stewart by Collier w/1 sec left? Yeah contact, but she jumped into them. Am I nuts on this one? I thought you let it go, game over. Then Stewart choked the second FT. Glad that foul didn't end it. NY did not deserve the W. |

Agree 100%. I thought that was some malarkey and I was glad the Liberty weren't able to capitalize on that nonsense. They had that game won and then they totally lost the handle. So the onus is on them to win the game from start to finish not win it from some bogus gimme by the refs.
But I figured this would be a really good series and game one definitely met expectations.
And yes Collier had ice in her veins she was a stone killer.
Late edit - I meant Williams not Collier was a scoring killer.

Especially considering how much hard fouling I saw (usually on twitter or highlights) over the course of the season, not just on Clark, but others too. It seems to me for whatever reason (relatively unprofessional or just poor refs, tradition, etc.) WNBA lets a lot of stuff go that NBA would call. |

New York playing predictably very well to start. But it's gotta be in the back of their minds that they played very well to start the last game and we all saw what happened there. |

Aww. Stewy is a mommy! I didn't know that. It's crazy to me how many of the WNBA players are also mothers. AnyWho great job New York getting a much needed W. Lynx gave a good chase and almost made it a little scary but I think they ran out of steam and New York was obviously highly motivated. Very good series so far. |
