This guy has done absolutely nothing in 6 months to improve this roster and add depth to this team. We have players that are redundant don’t play any defense and signed on contracts. He made a mistake getting westbrook which he barely recovered from. Other than that. When was the last time he put together a solid defensive team around lebron and AD.
He takes the heat off Jeanie _________________ Iman Shumpert, believes LBJ's decision to constantly team up with other All-Stars eschewed the idea of superstars continually adding layers to their repertoire.
3 years have gone by and this bum stlll hasn't fixed this roster. Still playing 80s basketball out there clogging the entire (bleep) paint for AD and Lebron because people cant shoot.
No way. They don’t expect to win. They hope to be competitive. They know this isn’t a contender. This is a redshirt year for JJ. _________________ Iman Shumpert, believes LBJ's decision to constantly team up with other All-Stars eschewed the idea of superstars continually adding layers to their repertoire.

Let's see what he does by the trade deadline and not forget he has some definite constraints to work with. But he has definitely been a mixed bag, and while he deserves some credit for not getting suckered into making questionable or bad trades the last couple of years, he hasn't proven he's a good GM. _________________ Lakers 49ers Chargers Dodgers
Jeanie would never fire her friend. This is exactly why nepotism is terrible in business. Rob will be GM as long as Jeanie is owner. Simple as that. Stop supporting the Lakers if it would pressure Jeanie to step down. _________________ Lakers used to average one championship every four years but I'd gladly take one every ten years now.

Try telling that to blind fanatics who support this product regardless.

Last year they were only bad because they had a bad coach. This year, with most of the same players in the rotation, it’s the players that are bad now that the results aren’t better. Hmm.
Pelinka is tied for the third highest paid GM, only Buford and Griffen make more than him. It's insane to think he is paid more than Sam Presti, Danny Ainge, Mike Dunleavy Jr., and Tim Connelly to name a few.
Sad to say but they need to make more than one trade. Team just doesn’t give effort. That’s the difference between the first 2 games of the season and the last 5. I was excited to see this team try more than anything else and it’s obvious to me they stopped trying after the second game.
Like AD said they think they can win on talent. _________________ “like I never left”
The biggest key is not to tie up 50 plus million with LBJ's salary after next year.
He's our second best player right now but he's fading fast.
AD is the only front line player who can compete on both sides of the court.
Rui was terrible but Bron is starting to look like Rui on his off days getting stuffed on buckets he would have slammed in people's faces when he was young.
We have to move away from Bron to make progress.
I don't care if we fire Rob but nothing will change until that change is made.
Imagine getting all the blame for decisions that are not yours.
I don’t think it’s Jeanie fault either. It’s all Rob fault. You have two of the best players in the game. A new motivated coach and All you had to do is surround that talent with defensive minded players. That’s it. That’s all he had to do. Instead he just did nothing. Golden state got better Cleveland got better Dallas got better okc got better. KPJ was right there. But you decided to give Vincent a chance and even he goes to the clippers stabilizing them.
Could have told you this 4 years ago, when he broke up a championship core for Westbrook and paid THT. _________________ Yi Jianlian Fanboy. Respect The Chair.
Starting anew. I'm retiring my main.
Hold on to those precious frp's because they are absolutely going to turn us into a contender in the future. Max, JHS, great use of frp's. This team has got a very bright future. The team is in good hands with Rob and Jeanie at the helm. _________________ Lakers used to average one championship every four years but I'd gladly take one every ten years now.
