We aren’t getting Kessler unless we include Knecht, I’m damn sure of that, especially considering who the GM is |

Pels and Clippers are cursed.
I saw DJM make it easy for BI to slide into his natural role and score with ease. Now it's back to point forward BI, which doesn't end well because he exerts too much energy.

The Suns went with the "Get three stars we don't need a point guard" strategy.
You know.. the one some Lakers fans are begging for?
We see how that's been turning out for them. They'll go nowhere, but they'll win a few more on the fact they have Durant, it just won't lead anywhere for them. Truth be told he never should have left Golden State.
Meanwhile, the Warriors dropped a past his prime Klay and replaced him with 3-4 shooters and still have Wiggins(whom is healthy this season) to pass offensive responsibility to. Adding more depth in the process. That organization continues to play Chess while the league plays Checkers.
The league is very lucky the Warriors got the 2nd pick and not the 1st, otherwise Ant would be there right now. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

Lol at the Clippers piping in crowd noise. At times there's one lady cheering and she's as loud as the PA announcer. They show the crowd completely listless but there's loud as (bleep) ambient noise.
This is stadium equivalent of wearing lifts. Ballz strikes again |

Was it even a sellout? Plenty of empty seats, but maybe some of those fans left early.
I admire the fight the Clippers have.
I'll continue to heap praise on the fact that their front office built up that roster. It's Kawhi and PG that let that team down, not the front office. If they stayed healthy at any point within the last few years, they contend. |

Now this is the perfect time for the Lakers to go scoop up DJM on the low...you can now get rid of DLO who some so love to hate and you will prob have to sweeten it with a pick.....
You say he going to be out for a long time? So...put bronny in or Gabe as your PG..remember some think trading for Bruce Brown or Lavinnne is a great move with NO PG coming back...so why care?
See? Perfect move but you going to have to pay to play....you could right now go after Lonzo or Melo(with EVERY game he plays his price going to go up)..these two have a injury riddle past but RIGHT NOW you can get them....but if they continue to play the price wiill def go up + the LAKERS TAX...Ya dont like your always healthy viable PG? Well heres ya chance.....
How about M.Smart who didnt look all that great and cant shoot that 3 and include with him Jay Huff who WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GAVE A ROSTER SPOT
You get that defensive Pg and a young Center that can spread the floor......
TIME TO GAMBLE/...DONT GET QUIZZY NOW....lol!!! lol!!!..... |

Free throw merchant Harden chokes on FT, though I wouldn't mind if it went double OT, Suns players sans Booker gassed out since they're our next opponent. |

Clips put up a bigger fight than I expected.
Harden will shoot 30 times a game though. _________________ Yi Jianlian Fanboy. Respect The Chair.

Man, Harden really choked there at the end.
Good game.
It'll be interesting to see if the Clippers stay afloat without Kawhi. They've been at their best over the years as an underdog team. They have role players that step up and play on both ends.
I'm not counting on it based on how loaded the West is. They shouldn't, but we've seen them play well without stars for large stretches before. That's basically the story of Kawhi and PG's time in LA. |

But Steve Kerr didn't like Ant and ripped him at his pre-draft workout telling him he wasn't sure he had the work ethic to succeed and told him he's not the kind of guy to give $50 million to. |

So much for "The Wall", looked pretty dead there towards the conclusion, at most about the typical nba backstand. Aint gonna be packed w/ college kids who attend for school pride, this is home of the nba's most chill fanbase. |

Vegas has teams like OKC, Minnesota, Denver, Phoenix, Dallas etc as the top teams in the West. From what I’ve seen so far the Lakers should be the favorite to come out of the west since Denver lost a few key pieces. |

That's being very optimistic. Lakers probably need to make a move or two to have any chance of getting out of the West. |

But Steve Kerr didn't like Ant and ripped him at his pre-draft workout telling him he wasn't sure he had the work ethic to succeed and told him he's not the kind of guy to give $50 million to. |
That's because Edwards showed up unmotivated and lax during the workout and Kerr gave him actual critique of where that would get him and how if they had the 1st pick, after a performance like that they wouldn't pick him, that moment changed his whole mentality and made him a mad man in the gym and increase his work ethic to take the game seriously. He references that as the moment that changed his mentality. Kerr told him how Curry and KD worked out and how Ant wasn't bringing that and was 'going through the motions' as opposed to bringing it. It was real talk that a Coach should tell a youngster.
The Warriors still wouldn't have passed up on Ant if they had the first pick, too much upside and less of a risk than Wiseman(whom also had work ethic questions). But the real talk from Kerr would have remained the same, and he would have been motivated to show him the changed mentality.
The only other guys there would have been Lamelo, or Maxey(whom was a sleeper later in the draft) _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

Good for him. I like TP. Not his fault Ham was obsessed with him and played him outside of his limits. TP played well for us when he was in the proper role. I would have loved him back. |

Co-sign on TP, played well for us....Coach put in him in a position for fans to be frustrated with his role and how he was being utlized, that's on Ham. |

Taurean Prince wasn't the problem.
Starting Taurean Prince and not bringing him off the bench for only 24 minutes a game at most was the problem. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:
