AD said one of their goals this season was to not lose two in a row. But I think BillyMac just said our next team is Toronto? That would be helpful.

OK congrats Bronny for getting on the scoreboard. Appropriate that it happened in Cleveland.

now that's out of the way, he can go to the G-league for the rest of the season

I think he already knew it was unlikely he’d win again, but I think he hoped wouldn’t be fighting for a play in spot again.

The whole idea was the team got better as he got worse, but he and the team are getting worse together lol smh

Now that's out of the way, this sorry team can focus on getting the In Season Banner, and getting booted out of the Play In.

As it stands, Christie and Gabe haven't given us anything from the bench. Christie's only two jobs is making threes and playing D and he's been okay at one and horrible at the other, while trying to play outside of that role unnecessarily and struggling.

Gabe is there defensively, but he's never been a good three point shooter but he's even worse this season.

As of right now if the decision was to bring in Quincy to get him some NBA reps to eventually replace Vincent as our bench point guard. I'd do that. Christie however has been the biggest let down.

That’s a piss poor way of looking at it. He said it in a couple of occasions this year that the team needs to reach the ultimate goal if they do the right things the answer to that narrative is that he knows that goal is slipping away cause they are players like Gabe/Max/DLO not giving a ***

Our bench sucks. Not one, not two, but at least 4 guys that just SUCK. Unbelievable. And we made zero moves in the offseason.

I mean so much of our thinking has been "when Vando gets back ", "When Wood gets back" etc. etc. and it really is difficult to say until they come back or not. Because like Vando I think definitely would've made a difference in this game but he's not there lol. And he's mostly not been there. So it's becoming a frustrating situation it's not anybody's fault but it's frustrating because we're just kind of on hold and have been for more than a minute now.

I like JJ i think he's gonna be a good coach. I dont miracles from this. This team is not to be taken serious until the squad deficiencies are adressed and fixed.

Until then Lakers staying out of the play in should be deemed a successful season.

Not about to go through a 3rd season in a row being frustrated because of how this squad has been built.

Our guys can say whatever they want but that doesn’t change that we are mid team and everyone knows it. It’s only Lakers fans that think we’re capable of competing for a chip. We weren’t gonna be in the hunt, this is just getting JJ acclimated to being a head coach.

More people are surprised we won 3 games so far.

That's because both of them are far better players than Gabe Vincent or Max Christie.

If Christie nor Gabe is going to give us three point shooting and only okay defense, Vando would give us elite defense and about the same from three but he is always hustling and the guards get exploited less on the screens and switches.

Wood we already know is a starter in the league and is usually a good three point shooter.

So when it's wait till Vando and Wood get back it really is.. when you compare them to Gabe and Christie, or at least the Gabe and Christie we've seen thus far.

We need Vando especially for the nights Rui is bringing the lack of effort he gave tonight.

After first three games I thought maybe something changed but doesn't look like it. Looking like a play-in team best case scenario unless Lakers move picks to get better players.

80% of Laker fans I have agreed that this team needs change no one proclaimed the Lakers to be contender, we have asked for a C for weeks now and we still have Hayes being the guy helping AD out

Now people depressed and mad...smg...LMAO!!

You been had a bench that was 0 in production...you made draft pickups to get help..you could have been seen what Shaq harrison or Skylar Mayes could brung but nope.

You have Hinson who if he gets hot its a wrap Antwan walker jr..yes not a good defender but i think is better than Koloco who not playing and hasnt played in how many years? We could have even gotten J Thomas the 7-5 center but nope...

Next you got Olivari who should have been in the game way earlier..smh...but nope because Bronny and Kluitch would have a problem with that...smh...

cant do nothing but laugh...

There really aren't easy ones in the NBA right now. Especially not at the beginning of the season.

But we should win the majority of the games coming up. Hoping this loss fires them up.

we are better because JJ and Connect -I said we would be successful early in the year and lose late primarily because with a new coach come new energy - bron/AD healthy - a lot of the good teams made big transactions which take time.

stoked we have dalton and JJ - we are 2 years away IMHO - JJ just needs his guys.
