Win this one, and show us you're different. A .500 club will cough up many of these easy "take care of business" games. If Cleveland wasn't a must win, this is a must win.
So far the Lakers have lost one game that I considered a real loss and wasn't them beating themselves(like vs the Suns where LeBron had 11 points).

No reason for the Lakers to lose this game. In games like this, it's important that the supporting cast carries so that the stars can take a break from carrying on most nights.
AR and Rui are coming off bad games. DLo has been bad all season so far. Hopefully they have good games today.
3-2 ain’t bad, win against a top 4 Western opponent (T-Wolves), lose against a top 4 Eastern opponent (Cavs), split with a team that had home court advantage last year (Suns) and beat a nemesis (Kings).
The schedule been somewhat of a challenge so far but now the next game is against a supposedly easy opponent (Raptors). A winning team that hat has potential can go 500 ish against playoff teams as long as they beat the teams they are supposed to beat and that’s almost all of the games against lottery teams.
I don’t think Rob/Jeannie addressed the needs to improve the team with a back up in the front court when AD sits and didn’t add back court defense. Those two additions would have given adequate bench support. As a result of failing to upgrade, imo they failed us a fans and failed the players, but anything can happen so we’ll see if the team can win against a sure win scenario to keep our false hopes alive. _________________ When it’s a reasonable possibility, I expect the Lakers to go after a ship like it can’t be denied. I haven’t seen a respectable effort by the Front Office for the last two off seasons nor the last trade deadline. What is going on?
