Rui and Reaves had poor games. Rui's shot was off and AR rolled his ankle in the first half. He gutted through the game but his shot was off the second half. While Reaves had 20 points, 12 of them came from the free throw line. He was 4-13 from the floor.
Christie and Hayes were both 1 for 1 from the floor but Max made 5 of 5 free throws for a total of 7 points. Was a +7.
Gabe was 1 for 7 from the floor and was attacked by the bigger Raptor guards. He was a - 4 with two points. _________________ Fire Rob Pelinka!

This game was suppose to be over by the first half but instead it was a close one until the last minute.
This should have been a flood the floor with the bench second half or 4th period but they allowed the Raptors to creep back in.
I hope this was a learning experience for the team as a whole.
I wish there were more viable pieces for the bench but some are still injured.

Through six games, Los Angeles' second unit ranks dead last in both points per game at 20.3 and points per 100 possessions at 27.6.
Lakers' bench also ranks No. 30 in rebounds, assists, and blocks per 100 possessions. It's No. 25 in offensive rebounds, No. 27 in steals, and No. 29 in three-point field goals made on that same basis.
