As great as AD was with the Lakers, the Mavs are a better fit for him because he is able to play the PF (position that LBJ plays with the Lakers) because Gafford/Lively are the 5s.
Note: Would the 2020 title-winning team would make it to The Finals?
Since AD was never Da Man (Batman) but a great "Robin" (like Pau Gasol), he was never going to be Da Face for the Lakers since even LBJ didn't trust him enough to get him the ball during a game's final minutes/seconds (or maybe AD didn't demand the ball during those times) - so both sides won. |

Players tonight thought if AD got traded any of us can be next. Will be interesting to see if this high level of effort of D continues after the trade deadline. |

Yeah that was nice. They had me worried for a minute when the Clips cut it to 13 at the start to the 3rd Q, but Austin was having none of that. |

They were playing good defense against the Knicks already before the AD trade. _________________

People were legit blaming Lebron for not giving it to AD when the game was tight in 4Q's
Watching the games one would clearly see how passive AD could be.
He's a legend though and my favorite player along with Christie.
But he had deficencies you dont want to see in a first option. |
