Word...the window sat open for about 20 minutes while I looked through my collection and thought it over. There are about a hundred songs that I can listen to over & over and never get tired of...

I love Jazz but I just couldnt pick a song to put it on my fave five.

Brubeck's "Take Five," off the top of my head. Ellington's "Take the A Train." Maybe a half dozen things each from Louis Armstrong, Charlie Parker, John Coltrane and Miles Davis.

A few things that are more recent -- Lee Ritenour's "White Water," The Rippingtons' "Earthbound," a bunch of others that don't come to mind right away.

I almost put SP on my list but settled to leave them for 5-10, both those songs.

And the Foo Fighters' rendition of that song live on Howard Stern was perhaps one of the best, if not the best, live versions of a song I have ever heard.

Ha! I kinda forgot about the whole "top FIVE" part.

Yup, the version Dave did on Stern is the one I'm talking about.
Unbelievable song.

Nice man. Coltrane and Miles Davis are the best IMO. Nat King Cole is also really good.

If you're into some new stuff, there's this girl, Madeleine Peyroux, she's not bad at all.

I don't think you should use the pringles analysis, because unlike some rappers, Mos hasn't been in the can
