Fresh fish caught off the coast of Chile and cooked right away in a dingy little restaurant owned by two peasants cooking with nothing but lemon and oil. Maybe a pinch of salt and pepper.

Yum-e-yum!

I like Sushi and Sashimi a lot. My favorite Sashimi is Milguy, a type of giant clam. For cooked seafood, I like steamed red snapper, clams, and mussels, as well s rock crab and lobster.

Salmon is good. A good cut of tuna is really good.

Swordfish and shark are exquisite!

Bar Harbor has an annual park festival where they sell fresh caught lobster in the park with corn on the cob. It was OK.

Personally, I don't get the fascination with lobster. It is more of the status now that they sell that they are so expensive. Lobster are bottom feeders. The garbagemen of the sea. Back in the day, lobster was fed to convicts in prison, not to the rich in the country clubs.

My, how times change.
