When I was very young, Amityville Horror scared me pretty good...

My girlfriend won't watch the Exorcist to this day!

What movie(s) scared you when you were young?

As a kid? Dark Crystal.

I watched it again when I was in grad school and......and it didn't hold up.

It Lives Again

And I remember watching my first Twilight Zone episode when I was 5 or 6 years old. It was the Little Girl Lost episode and it scared the crap out of me.

didn't John Williams do the music?

another scary thing is the tragedy that seemed to follow the actors in the film.

Yeah. Especially Craig T. Nelson. Imagine being cast as the lead in a sitcom that got absolutely no laughs.

My son is 5, but he saw Jaws when he was 2 or3 and its like his favorite movie. that along with, the Jurassic Parks, the Godzillas, Aliens, Tremors, or any big Monster that eats people, he loves! he's kinda crazy that way!

You guys are going to laugh at me but the Chucky movies scared the crap out of me when I was really young. I needed a night light for a couple years after watching that.
