Any anime fans around here? In no particular order:

Gotta give love to some of the old school:

- Akira (movie)
- Grave of the Fireflies (movie)
- Robotech (american series - not Macross)
- Kimagure Orange Road
- Ninja Scroll (movie)
- Fist of the Northstar (series)
- Gundam (series)
- Ghost in the Shell (movie)

More recent loves:
- Cowboy Bebop (series and movie)
- Rourouni Kenshin (series)
- Naruto (series)
- Full Metal Alchemist (series)
- Eureka 7 (series)
- Samurai Champloo (series)
- Trigun (series)
- Bleach (series)

I enjoyed Kenshin but I find shows like Naruto, Dragonball Z, and Bleach to be way slow and dragged on.

Agreed, those shows do hit really slow points - as did Kenshin. I like the Naruto story arc but wish they'd pick up the pace. That's why I dug shows like Robotech, Cowboy Bebop and even Samurai 7 more - they kept the pace moving.

One of the reasons I love Cowboy Bebop are because of the action scenes and the music that accompanies them.

Spirited Away is a great movie no matter the genre. I used to really like watching Yuyu Hakusho.

I think that movie wasn't good, but I'm not into anime. I think the reason people got all crazy over it was cause of the 1337 gfx it had
