I'd like the Lakers to invite Gerald Green to camp... let's see what he can do.

Gary Forbes, D.Nelson...I wouldn't mind seeing G.Green have Coby's spot either.

All the games will be on webcast and I believe the first 3 Laker games will be on NBA TV channel.

No chance for D.Washington, he was drafted by Detroit.

no doubt--I really think this cat is a diamond in the rough...China's system is known for not really developing the kinds of talents players like Sun Yue have.

i.e. a chinese cat trying out for the team can have skills mirroring Baron Davis, but that peep aint gonna make the cut cause China's system doesnt utilize that kind of style...

One of the issues killing me is that, there could be a handfull of Chinese cats who play the "American" style of ballin, but they wont make the Cut just cause their style of play would be deemed too flashy or some shiz.

Sun Yue will probably be with the National team if he comes over at all. Since Crittenton and Marc Gasol were both traded in the Pau Gasol trade, it leaves the second round draft pick Crawford and Karl. I guess that means the team won't do very well. It's been a very long season, so I don't expect any significant number of veterans.

Mavs sign Gerald Green to 1 yr deal

Quote:
HOUSTON -- Free agent guard Gerald Green has agreed to a one-year contract with the Dallas Mavericks. Green, a first round pick of the Boston Celtics in 2005, was part of the trade that sent Kevin Garnett from Minnesota to Boston. The Timberwolves traded Green to Houston last season. He played in one game for his home town team before being released.

Former Wolf Pack guard Marcelus Kemp could soon be joining former teammate Nick Fazekas in Los Angeles.

Kemp's agent, John Grieg, confirmed the four-year Pack player, who was not selected in last week's NBA draft, is close to a deal with the Lakers.
