No way, there should definitely be a penalty! I think the penalty should be something along the lines of forcing 10scott10 to trade Bob McAdoo to the Gauchos for scraps. Just to be fair, yanno?

Writeups accepted tonight from Seoul, San Juan, Los Angeles and Tahiti. Nealry everyone submitted a writeup thank you very much for your participation guys. Judges have a tough call to make on seeds, that'll be due late saturday morning.

Question came in on whether judging for seeds is a regular season simulation or a ranking of who is best head-to-head including playoff setting? The latter. The seeds are about who the judges think are the best teams in order, including a playoff head-to-head. Teams can be knocked down in the seeds if they are perceived to be better in the regular season than the playoffs.
