If only CJ made a couple more shots right and Zion wasnt injured?????
Please.....the Lakers were ALWAYS better.
Likewise, the Nuggets were ALWAYS better than the Lakers last year no matter what D'Lo did - unless D'Lo decided to go nuclear that entire series reminicent of Van Exel vs Seattle in 1995. |

Let’s be real. How much of that is simply you can’t pass it to the post tonight with AD since he can’t bend over and post up? That’s really it as he killed then on garbage plays while being stiff. Those Luka go away if they can dump it to him like they have done all year vs the pelicans

Im sure the Spurs WANTED it more in 2002 after being humiliated by the Lakers in a 4-0 sweep the year before. Didnt matter.....Lakers still dusted them off in 5 games. |

It was a tie game when Zion left with 3 to go. Lakers were on their heels. Once Zion left, Pelicans really had nothing to offer. It could easily have gone the other way |

7th seed. Our record is a really strong 7th seed. Denver is a really tough opponent, but at least we don't have to worry about an elimination game for a little while.
Big game from a lot of people. Team effort, AD nor Lebron played very well, but guys like DLo stepped up. 21 points 6 assists 1 turnover only, 1 steal that was HUGE for us. Nice to see him making plays defensively, then coming back and hitting a 3 late to give us a 4 point advantage that we'd eventually win by.
Lots to feel good about, getting a lot of rest for this next one which is going to be tough. Hopefully Vando rubs some extra strength tussin on that heel and gets to come back to us asap. We missed him today, hopefully another couple days is all he needs. |

Because CJ has been their best guy down the stretch to close the year. And because Ingram offers no defense or intangibles when you want and need a must win. He’s like Vince Carter, all talent but no heart or brains to use it when you need him |
