Wife's car: '01 VW Cabrio (Got it a few months back - she has been wanting one forever. Amazing what driving a car she has always wanted will do for a woman's outlook on life, and her overall attitude.)

Good advice to remember!

Except my girl is interested in a Ford Mustang GT.

Or one of those classic 60s' muscle cars.

Uhm, I'll find other things to make her happy.

OK, yeah, some got it harder than others .

My girl has an '03 BMW 325i that her daddy bought her. That sucker better run for the next 20 years.

I hear that. I'm so serious about the change in her general attitude, though. It was REAL. I'm not even joking. She's like a little, 34-year-old kid. She smiles all the time, and things that used to piss her off just don't have the same effect anymore. It was one giant white-with-a-black-top happy pill that still hasn't worn off.

if your waiting for the IS500 then i hope you have 70G's saved

those small sports sedan are dumping the inline 6's and are all upgrading to v8

the MBZ C AMG always had a v8
the new M3 will have the old M5 V8
the IS 500 will have a v8
the audi S sedan series has a v8

its all up to acura and see what it can do to its wimpy TSX
I highly doubt the infiniti will drop a v8 in the G but you can get the M series with a 4.5 v8

so J if your buying the IS500 youre gonna have competition.... however... if you buy the GS460H..... then your in a class of your own

A barely running '96 Mustang GT. No time for TLC, otherwise it's been loyal to me.

Anyone here knows about 'stangs? I need a mechanic. I'm serious. PM me.

what you need is a junk yard, a tax deductible, and a down payment on a hybrid

sorry... i was being a dick!

actually... pepboys has a lot of do-it-yourself handbooks that can fix old mustangs... I hear they are very well explained and they even come with DVD's... i would buy wholsale OEM parts off internet and fix it step by step myself... that way you can save yourself a crap load of money.. then to taking to some greaseball that will charge you an arm and a leg for repairs that are not even worth the value of the car

1995 Honda Accord LX V6.

I personally love it, it is super fast and the acceleration is great.

Sometimes I drive my parent's car, 2005 Toyota Sienna. It's alright

Unfortunately they don't make a convertible Z06 so I had to settle for the C5. But it still goes....

Not sure yet. The IS is just too small for me. I was thinking maybe when they release the GS with the same 500 engine.

But most of all, I just hope Lexus tunes the 460 engine up to 400 HP when they put it on the GS next year. Lexus did that when they released the GS in 1998 when the GS400 had 300 HP and the LS/SC 400 had 290. The LS460 currently has 380 HP.

I really hope it's less than 70g's as well. If it is, then it would be better to just buy the slightly higher priced LS460 personally. Just slap on some staggered 22's and it's good

man I wish I can afford the next gen Acurra NSX. This car will be the perfect blend between horsepower, performance, reliatiblity, and just the joy of motor sporting. Howerver, I will most likely be able to get the next best thing, the Lotus! With a 5000/mo mortgage to consider, the NSX is a stretch.

actually bro.... in 98 the LS, SC, and the GS 400 all had the same HP.. this is due to the fact of the recent adoption of SAE regulations governing the measurement of HP - it's still the same as it ever was even with todays lexus's.... the HP on the SC says 288 but actuality it's still 300
