Well those easy misses summed up the game after the first quarter. Lakers lose 102-96.

Good win for the Jazz but that shot clock malfunction really broke the Lakers momentum and the flow of the game.

This game shows that our defense still needs Bynum to get the job done against half-court execution teams like Utah.

Milwaukee, Detroit, Chicago and Minny are terrible offensive teams and Golden State is only good in the full court. All we did was post them up constantly to keep the game a half-court game. We need Bynum back if our defense is going to stop high-level half-court execution.

It was our bench's lack of production. 13 points. That's it.

You see Kobe's face at the end? "Just another game during the season."

Look at how bad the Lakers play down the stretch and the Jazz barely won. To me it's okay.

So far the lakers have not had a bad lost, so [knock on wood] I am okay. We could be Miami lol

21-11 on 80% on shooting. Kobe was being a chucker all night long. He took it over in the clutch doing pretty well, but the damage was already done. When you have a close game on the road you can lose. This should be a blowout and we forgot our best player in the entire second quarter.

That shot clock malfunction took the Lakers out of their game. It was as if they didn't trust it.

Gasol again with the biggest +, playing more minutes than anyone, and some clueless fans blaming him for the pitfalls of some of hus teamates.

Fisher 1-7, Blake 0-7 and D will tearing it up, but it is Gasol's fault.

How focking ungrateful you lot are.

Lakers milked the 2-man game a little too much. Pau had a wide open mid-range jumper and foolishly did a fake that took his rhythm out and he missed a wide open jumper. Then on the next possession the Jazz knew what was coming and made a good defensive double that forced a turnover on Kobe. Worst part was Gasol not going for the Artest miss with BOTH hands, instead he was looking to tip it out? WTF?!

I agree I notice a lot of PG just takin' it to the paint. Once we get Bynum that will change. No PG gets intimidated by Odom and Gasol.

so for those 11 rebound how many of them were just easy ? because when we needed rebounds.. pau was no where in sight sorry just because hes padding stats doesnt make him the best player.. he had no HUSTLE at all when it matter

The game was fairly close. But what stood out for me was the no show by the Killer B's. They typically put up 25 points a game, and they were held to 13 points tonight.

The X Factor the whole year will be the BENCH. When they play well, we're unbeatable. When they don't show up, we'll struggle and work too hard for a win.
