bad game by KOBE, but he just couldn't make any 3 tonight, that's bad.

THOSE KOBE CHOKE IN CLUTCH IS CRAZY!! SEE HOW THEY DEFEND HIM!! THEY FOUL AND MAKE PHYSICAL CONTACT!!!

Lakers have to find a way to get easier shots for Kobe. Kobe going 1-on-1 isn't working as reliably as it used to in crunchtime anymore.

Great win, even if it was too close for comfort at the end. Not a fan of the Fisher sub, Blake was very solid today and should've been rewarded with the big minutes at the end. FT Shooting was horrid, but Bynum made 'em when it counted so hard to get TOO upset.

3-1 Road Trip is encouraging and more importantly they washed out a bad loss against an elite team with a good win against another. Now gotta see if they can keep it up on Monday.

For his standards, yes it was. I'm glad we won but he needs to be at his best now that we're closing in on the playoffs...hope to see him bounce back in the next game (nationally televised against the Magic).

dude he tweaked his ankle bad and came back so you cant expect him to be superman...

Honestly. he was 5/16 before the injury.

That was actually the right play. Any half decent point guard would have converted. We really gimp ourselves by snubbing our nose to the position.

Fish has always had this reputation of being a smart guy with a high basketball IQ, but just like with Luke, I have no idea how that came to be. Both of them have made their fair share of selfish and/or stupid plays throughout their Laker careers, and it bugs me so much every time a commentator talks about how intelligent they are on the court.

It wasn't a bad decision at all--the lane was open. He just blew the layup.

true but a gimpy kobe on the floor is harder to defend then a healthy brown or anyone else

It was the right play. He was in a similar situation in Game 3 against the Celtics last year in the Finals, only he converted the bucket then.

Not a bad choice, just a bad lay-up.

Before this topic gets locked...I just want to say that since when has Derek Fisher not been selfish? Always has been, always will be. He, like Kobe, thinks he should be taking big shots because he believes he can make them. The difference is, Kobe is a legend. Fisher is a scrub.

Kobe and Pau with subpar games, but lakers win anyway on road vs supposed contender.

Props to Drew and Blake for great bounceback games.

Great games by LO and Ron as well.

WAY TO GO FELLAS!!!

I'll agree with that. No matter what, you won't see kobe's man leaving him.
