Spurs are looking for revenge for that A$$ kicking we put on them on in there house on National TV. Spurs are still fighting for best record in the NBA so I expect a motivated Spurs team coming in and trying to beat us. We better be ready. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold.

Bynum said that the Spurs "quit" so they might be extra motivated for some pack back.
This game is actually huge. winning or losing will determine the 2nd/3rd spots.
We could possibly drop to the 4th spot. We are currently the 3rd seed and If OKC wins tonight at Sacramento they will be 1/2 game behind us. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold.
I just hope we dont barely win with the Spurs playing for nothing and are going through the motions. That being said, a couple wins plus defending games 1 & 2 of the first round should kick start our run.

Lakers are out of house money. Losses from here on out in the regular season will make them lose control of their destiny as far as the 2 seed is concerned. Effort level definitely improved on Sunday, hopefully they can further build on that and actually get a win. Really can't expect the Spurs to take this one lightly either, no reason they'd want to settle with a random drawing with the Bulls for overall HCA, and I'm sure they'd love an opportunity to avenge that bad loss last month/make a playoff statement.

Spurs got the #1 locked, I think don't think they will play the starters much, if at all.
They don't have HCA for the Finals locked yet (in the event they get there), so they might give it a go tomorrow to avoid having Stern determine HCA for them.
