With tonight's win, the Lakers clinch at least the #3 seed. OKC stays in the opposite bracket. It also clinches HCA over Boston.

I dont see how Pau is not embarrassed from his lack of toughness inside the paint. These last two weeks have been abyssmal, no matter what the stats say.

Lakers may have won this game on paper but the Spurs walk away from this game with more confidence. Not to mention the price we paid in this game:

- Bynum goes down
- Kobe looks to have tweaked his shoulder
- Our starters had to log A LOT of minutes

Only good takeaway from this game I can saw was that Odom played great tonight.

Spurs had to hide their Starters tonight because they knew they would lose anyways. So they'll just play tomorrow night instead so they don't lose any confidence.

Lakers did their regular MO, screw around for 3 quarters and snuff out the Spurs in the 4th.

Confidence to the Spurs? That's a slap in their face

On top of this, Ding just reported that Bynum will play in the Playoff opener this weekend.

Actually, OKC isn't guaranteed to be in the other bracket just yet. Mavs loss coupled with an OKC win tomorrow will push the Lakers into the 2 seed (regardless of the outcome of their game) and OKC into the 3 spot, with Mavs falling to 4. OKC would win the tiebreaker with Dallas simply because they won their division, while the Mavs have not (thanks to the Spurs).

But Mavs play the hobbled Hornets tomorrow, which in all likelihood should be a win for them.

Spurs went 9/25 from the 3.

As they say, you don't live by the 3, you DIE by the 3.

The Spurs BS 3 point shooting won't carry over into the Playoffs.

With their massive inside game, I'd say a Memphis upset over the #1 seeded Spurs is on its way.

They offer free dogs and steaks??

Yup. I started off with some chicken nachos and spinach dip. A little bit of Mac n cheese alOng with some mash potatoes then finished it off with 2 hot dogs and three orders of steak, 3 diet cokes. Oh ya, ended it with 2 huge slices of awesome chocolate cake and a cup of coffee. I'll try to post food pics.

wonder if the mavs will tank to get 4th seed since they won't have hca past the first round anyway. denver-spurs sounds slightly easier than portland-lakers, though not by much i guess.

i don't know that 32-29 in the fourth can really be considered snuffing out the other team. oh well.

I don't know. The Mav's have thrown games before. They'd probably rather play SA than us in the 2nd round.

Lol, Popovich throwing in the towel BEFORE the game even started...that's snuff.

They were so chicken scurred of the Lakers conceded before they even fought.

It was like a snuff film tonight, you knew the little Spurs would put up a valiant fight but you also knew the cold hard outcome before it even began.
