Let this be the last game in NO this season. Lakers win Game 4 and close out Game 5 and all game 1 did was add 2 1/2 hours less time to chill after the first round is over.

Loved the effort tonight, just hope they don't relax now that HCA is back in their hands.

I have a feeling Odom & Pau are gonna go 18 & 9 each and Kobe 25+ along with a 13 point win despite our bench getting outscored.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) -- Chris Paul is practicing with a wrap on his left hand, the result of a thumb injury during the Hornets' loss to the Lakers in Game 3 of their first-round playoff series Friday night. Paul says he expects to be fine for Sunday's Game 4, and Hornets coach Monty Williams says Paul did not appear to be limited by the injury to his non-shooting hand in Saturday's practice.

We've seen this story before. Lakers take back HCA and relax, home team comes out backs against wall and storms out of the gates.

The lakers can effectively turn this into a 5 game series instead of a 6 or 7 game one. Is the switch still 'ON'?
If the lakers can withstand the hornet's early energy, they should be able to prevail in the end.

I like the idea of the Lakers not only beating thier opposition, but ruining them! For Example::

Lakers consistently beat utah: thier franchise players in williams and boozer leave.
Lakers beat denver in playoffs: carmelo demands a trade and leaves.
Lakers beat suns in wcf: amare leaves.
Lakers beat houston: Artest leaves, and yao's career ends.
and this year... Lakers beat hornets:: chris paul will also leave.

It is a true testament to the Lakers not only beating the teams that dare to rise against them, but distroying the entire franchise!
