Bynum's last game of 2011, hopefully he shows a bit more energy/doesn't get winded so quickly.
Our offense needs to become more smooth, there's too much dribbling at the top of the key and not enough movement. Our defense needs to show a first effort before they can work on 'multiple efforts'.
Win or lose, I just want to see progress in chemistry and offensive flow.
I dont want Kobe to go full speed, specially in a pre season game. He almost got injured last night from 2 hard falls. _________________ "These young guys are playing checkers. I'm out there playing chess." Kobe Bryant

We all held our collective breaths as we saw him in mid-air and when he landed, the *thud* could be heard clear across the floor from where we were sitting. It was a relief when he got up and just walked it off, the guy is still playing near full throttle even tho it is just preseason.
I predicted we'd lose last time too, just not in that fashion. MB is gonna do the same thing again: use as many players as possible and I welcome that. If he hadn't, we wouldn't have seen Morris or Ebanks or heck, we wouldn't know Murphy still has a 3pt shot.
The point isn't to win. It's to quickly find the best chemistry setup asap cuz they didn't have a any on Monday.
We are going to swap Blake Griffin for Luke Walton in one of the greatest sleight of hand tricks since Houdini. Then top that off with a Fisher for D. Rose swap. _________________ "Dread it, run from it... destiny arrives all the same."
EL SEGUNDO, Calif. -- The Los Angeles Lakers could be shorthanded when they look for payback against the Los Angeles Clippers in both teams' preseason finale on Wednesday.
Kobe Bryant has a sprained right wrist from falling down in the second half of the Lakers 114-95 loss to the Clippers on Monday. He is expected to play on Wednesday, however.
"He practiced," said coach Mike Brown. "He went through the contact part of practice and then, eventually I just had him sit down. I think he's fine."
Devin Ebanks did not practice and instead underwent a MRI to evaluate his sore right foot. The MRI came back negative and the second-year forward, who is in the middle of a positional battle with Matt Barnes to determine who will start come Christmas Day, is listed as day to day.
"I got to see how significant that injury is, but I was going to start Devin at the small forward spot tomorrow," Brown said. "If he can't go, I'll probably start Matt."
The Lakers could also be thin at point guard as Steve Blake has a sore right knee from bumping into Chris Paul on Monday and Brown has not decided whether he will hold out Derek Fisher from the lineup again or not.
"There's a chance I might play him (Wednesday)," Brown said of Fisher. "I put him out on the floor for some contact stuff (Tuesday) for the first time, so I might throw him out there (Wednesday) for a little bit based on how he feels after shootaround."
If we lose this expect a (bleep) load of new Clippers fan.
Just today this dude in my class said "I've always liked the Clippers because of Blake and now since they have CP3 they're going to be even better" when he's been talking (bleep) about them ever since I've known him.

BTW, the Clippers-Lakers telecast on NBA TV last night was the higest rated preseason game on NBA TV ever, eclipsing the Pistons-Heat preseason game from last season (debut of "The Heatles").
yay we get to watch morris dribble around for 20 seconds. _________________ Kobe "I mean Phil's been here, and -- to be honest with you -- we might have, in all the years I've been with Phil, (had) maybe three defensive drills the entire time"

Give the kid a break. 11 days of practice with new teammates and that was his first nba game. I thought he was the bright light of the game for the Lakers. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold.

I wish Morris the best but from what I saw he's not controlling the game, the game was controlling him. Let's hope he can turn that around.
