Steve Blake will play tonight at Boston, with no minute restrictions, says Mike Brown.

Fisher still starts.
Fisher plays 24 minutes.

Rondo proceeds to get 30 pts and 15 ast in those 24 minutes

2 out of 3 is not bad.

In spite. LOL

you act like he did nothing this game. geezus. we won. stop complaining save it for fisher and artest.

Compare this game to previous games against the Celtics. He's not making those ice-cold clutch shots anymore. I really thought it would've been different tonight because he was unconscious for most of the game. But he simply isn't getting it done in the clutch. I mean, don't we all rag on LeBron for that?

We won because of a few Gasol and Bynum tip-ins.

Glad that Mike Brown had the balls to close with Blake. Hopefully he starts giving Goudelock the rest of Fisher's minutes, he's way to horrible to be playing anything over 10 minutes a game.

Am all for Fisher starting, i don't care.. so long as he is not on the floor in crunch time and he plays no longer than 20 mins..

Gasol, Kobe and Drew ALL deserve big kudos for this win.

And Barnes - 11 points on 5 shots, more efficient than Kobe, Drew or Pau.

AND Steve BLAKE!!! Immediate impact on defense! Welcome back!

Big props for the 5.

Did You see Kobe in the 4th quarter and overtime? He's getting the shots he wants he just hasn't been hitting them in the clutch

I saw him get hacked by Ray Allen every time he touched the ball. He played 44 minutes and has been playing tons of minutes because every night this team is playing 3 on 5.

I'm going to give him a pass...or would you rather not have a superstar or something like Paul Pierce/Ray Allen?

Kobe didnt get hacked any more than he usually gets hacked when he's guarded. Everybody plays him close and he's hasn't ever got a foul called on it especially late in the 4th..he just is not hitting shots..idk why

Fisher I love you buddy you'll always be one of my favorite Lakers of ALL-TIME! But your ship is starting to sail buddy, its time for Blake to start and Glock to get some run and season and lets save you for the playoffs.

The trade we can make now to win it all this year Sessions/Trade and Ariza with the TPE from the Hornets. If this happens game over for the league.

Not to mention the fact that Allen just hugs him without the ball, right in front of the ref. Kobe literally has to wrestle free of Allen to get the ball.

There's a misunderstanding going on here. People mostly rag on Lebron because he fades out of close games in the 4th quarter. Passing to guys like Chalmers and Haslem to bail him out. At least Kobe is trying to win the game. The guy is clearly exhausted playing almost 40 minutes/night. He's not missing the shots because of choking, he's missing them because he's got no legs by the end.

That's no excuse..if your Kobe you have to hit those shots..we dont call Lebron unclutch only because he passes in the clutch..when he misses a bunch of 4th quarter shots we laugh and say he was unclutch..only difference is Kobe has been so clutch in the past we just give him a pass..which is fine because e earned that but we cant make excuses for him..he was unclutch tonight

The last time a Lakers-Celtics game was decided by a point, both teams went on to the NBA Finals....

Yeah it's Kobe's fault.

I thought we were ragging on Lebron because not only is he not clutch, he doesn't want to be clutch or even participate in the fourth.
