TIME: 7:30 PM
CHANNEL: TNT, FSW
Officials: Derrick Stafford, Mike Callahan, Bill Spooner.
Time for this team to dig deep and avoid being on the wrong side of history. With the return of "World War Peace" the Lakers are ready for battle and will come out gunning. They will finally play with urgency and intensity and get that early lead that Drew was yapping about. With everyone else showing up, Kobe will put on a clinic vs a team that hasn't been able to force him out of his comfort zone offensively.
Time to prove Chuck and the rest of the haters wrong and show OKC we'll be ready to play.
Let's get this win!!

Gotta get ready for OKC and unfortunately it will have taken so long to take out Denver that now OKC has had a lot more layoff period. _________________ "We are the goodest." - Shaq ESPN interview
Officials for game 7 tonight at Staples: Derrick Stafford, Mike Callahan, Bill Spooner. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold.
I don't see them winning. Remember, Mike Brown is still coach. Another blowout would not be surprising. Look for another huge 3rd qtr for the Nuggets. The loss won't be so bad if that means a new coach.
Hopefully the basketball Gods want to see an Artest/Harden rematch. _________________ Am I the baddest mofo low down around this town?
Callahan is a douche, Spooner is a better choice than many and Stafford shouldn't be a problem in my mind.
Overall, not the worst crew we could have got. But Irish Mike Callahan is a concern.
Agreed. That guy makes really dubious calls, often at the lakers' expense. But just be glad that Danny Crawford or the weird looking guy with the sunken eyes and slicked back hair (I can't recall his name -- Ken something? Last name is Mauer, I think. Ken Mauer. Deadly.).

SGH
Yes, Kenny "Slick" Mauer is a disaster and I am very happy that he will be nowhere near Staples Center tonight. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny
If we lose Staples will be throwing trash on the court, especially on our own players, there's no way in hell we can lose 3 straight, 2 being at home after being up 3 - 1 and now we get a new chance with a fully rested MWP to play some good D.
Especially would hurt to see a loss after Kobe's been talking about striving for another chip, he's seen so determined and his game has shown ambition to win, but I haven't seen that from anyone else besides Ron Artest on a couple of occasions, Bynum's had some record games but no consistency whatsoever, 11 - 16 is not a good game for Bynum, heck, not even average if you take the % and the scoring.

Wow, you hatred for Mike Brown truimps your loyalty and love for your team? You would have us lose just so there is a slight chance MB is fired?

You said it all. Unbelievable. That kind of fan: _________________ You miss 100 percent of the shots you never take.
I hope so. Pau has been in 2 game 7 in his career both as a Laker.
21 and 18 with 3 blocks against the Rockets game 7 2009.
And his greatest game as a Laker imo.
19 and 18 against the Celtics game 7 2010.
The scoring is never guaranteed as we don't know what touches he will get or where. However his effort is what matters. Go after the rebounds. Box out. Protect the paint. Get offensive rebounds and be aggressive going back up with it. Don't settle for jumpers all the time. Im not really worried about his effort this game though as its game 7 I know everyone will bring it.

Tonight's game is very, very, very important for the coaching staff. A loss could mean unemployment for most of them. There will be some scapegoats, I don't think Mike will be one.
The team's not playing with any urgency. It seems as though, except for Kobe, they don't care. Only thing I can surmise is they have no respect for Brown.
If we win game seven I believe it will be because the team wants to for Kobe.
He hasn't lambasted them, has been literally easy with his critiques. A team meeting before tonight's game could go a long way. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
