Go in with 13 players and hope a guy like Barbosa or Pietrus comes around

Nash|Blake
Kobe|Meeks
Artest|CDR|Ebanks
Gasol|Jamiosn
Howard|JHill

Yes

and don't allow Mike Brown to run the offense at all. I would like to see how the 2nd unit does without Nash whlie running the "Princeton Offense"

I think this decision should be made which each player has a chance to play with some of the regulars.

If your a spot up shooter. Fans are not going to like him tonigh because he's not creating his own shot.

If it was during the NBA Finals, then it would be like Rodman.

We're backed up at the 3.
Clark/Ebanks/CDR. I'd still like to keep Clark tbh

That being said, Nash was an offensive guru out there. Metta was a beast. Pau looked unstoppable on offense. Kobe was Kobe. Get Ebanks/Meeks/Blake/Jamison/Hill the minutes and I'm looking forward to a championship season.

Exactly! Howard/Gasol/MWP/Kobe/Nash - top 5

THEN... Hill/Jamison/Ebanks/Meeks/Blake - THAT bench was not embarassed.

THOSE guys looked good tonight.

All the pissing and moaning that our 11 through 20 guys getting smoked by the likes of Landry, Jefferson, Harrison Barnes - I mean come on!

Looks like we’re going to have to pick up one of Somogyi or Sacre.

Mike Brown liked how the 1st unit looked. Transition D only real negative from the starters. Not worried about the big run vs. the 2nd unit.

Man, that 2nd half was just UGLY!! Bench players or not, they stink, the offense was atrocious, the defense non-existent!! I didn't expect Mike Brown to bring back the starters, but couldn't he have done SOMETHING to stop the bleeding?? A 35-0 run???? seriously??????

Agreed. Though since we have to carry 13 players, I'd keep Clark and Duhon for the value of their expiring contracts. Everyone else can go.

Mike Brown, "it was fun to watch. It's gonna be fun to watch" Notice he's not saying the word coach, but watch.

-I agree. Wait till you see him play small forward with Kobe at shooting guard. You could even play CDR at shooting guard and Kobe at SF with his 6'7 210 lb frame. Best of all, he looks confident and did not hesitate on his shots.

The positive from this game: Nash is good (duh...), and that one play when he fed kobe the ball on the wing diagonally across the court in transition all within 7 seconds -- pure magicish

I agree, having one of the starters out there to put everyone in their proper place and or taking advantage of a mismatch will make the bench run smoother.

Conversation with Phil Handy after the game:

DJO is a project but they like him.

Douglas-Roberts is not a SF is a shooting guard and that's how they see him. They like him a lot too.

Observations:

Dwight is much shorter than Pau, shorter than Jordan Hill too.

Nash looks like a seemless fit. Great chemestry already.

The 3rd string still suck.

Ok.....3hr drive home. I'll find a way to upload photos and video tomorrow.
