If Kobe doesn't play the first game and we play well it will show how much the team has improved. finally! hopefully now that it's the regular season, we'll actually see:
* normal rotations instead of bench player hockey-style line change substitutions
* Nash creating his own offense (transition, P&R's) at the start of sets; running Princeton if nothing's available
* Jamison actually looking for his shot
please make us forget about the preseason and get a win!
My only concern is that we are still at the thinking stage of playing. We were thinking a hecka of lot, missing guys, looking at guys who were not going to make the team... there were reason for 0-8. When we are playing by instinct and intelligence, we'll kick behind.

The Mavs starting lineup looks brutal. That looks like a lottery team.
