Not a Laker fan, but I want you guys to be relevant again. Its like there's a great void in the league now. I think the majority of NBA fans are more heat/laker haters than they are fans of their own local team. |
NBA fans either like their local team or they like the Heat or Lakers. The Lakers are extremely relevant. When NBA tv lets fans pick the game, the Lakers always get the most votes by far. |

No, NBA fans hate the Lakers or Heat more than they like their own team. Lakers still get attention because people love to watch you lose. It's like people hating on Romney (who???).... or any other schadenfreude media sickness.
I just fear that if you guys keep on sucking for so long, the Lakers will lose their status and then we will only have the Heat to hate on. |

An agenda would imply I have a history of bashing Nash. I'm pretty sure this is my first thread that's critical of him.
It makes no sense to not give Kobe (or Dwight or Pau) the ball when he's calling for it if you're just going to dribble aimlessly with no plan.. _________________ "My thirst for domination is fed only by the game. I refuse to get distracted by outside forces." - Kobe Bryant

It is an agenda thread.

Oh boy!!! It is not about who has the most TOs here.. the OP was complain (not warranted I might add) that Nash was not passing an open Kobe the ball. I do agree with some posters that Nash has to set up the chemistry. If this means he does not always pass to Kobe when he is open, so be it. We will be better for it, even thought it might be Metta clanking a 3 or Sacre dropping the ball.. we have to have some chemistry going.. _________________ New Beginings

i still like the idea of more catch and plays for Nash, let kobe get it in the post from Nash, we seen it a few times tonight and it just works. Kobe had a great dish to howard under the rim, to bad howard got stripped on it, but it was a great play. |

I feel you boss. This was not necessary for Nash to do. |

its also what people hate on morris for doing, but nash pounds the ball into the floor as much as anybody, when he could just dump it into the post, space the floor for a catch and shoot three from the post. |

That you could see.
He may have been trying something or following instructions from the bench. |

Reality check, if he did pass to Kobe, then Kobe would iso the rest of the possesion, and perhaps make it perhaps not. I think in this case, this was Nash trying to get the team in rhythm. Waiting for a cutter or some sort of outlet. |
