Injury Report
•Pau Gasol left their game on February 5th against the Nets after feeling a "pop" in his right
foot. An MRI revealed that he suffered a partially torn plantar fascia and is expected to be
out of the lineup for at least six weeks. He no longer requires the use of crutches but is still
targeting an early April return.
•Jordan Hill will miss the remainder of the season after undergoing surgery to repair a torn
labrum in his hip.

•In previous game, the Lakers was falling behind 19-4 midway through the first quarter,
the Lakers trimmed the deficit to four at the half but were outscored by the Raptors 30-21
in the third, trailed by as
many as 19 in the fourth and fell to Toronto 103-108 at Air Canada Centre. Kobe Bryant
finished with a team-high 26 points but struggled to 10-of-32 shooting on the afternoon.
Pau Gasol added 25 points on 10-of-15 shooting while Steve Nash (16 points, 9 assists)
and Earl Clark (14 points, game-high 14 rebounds) rounded out the Lakers in double-figures.
Dwight Howard totaled just five points and two rebounds before being ejected late in the
second quarter for receiving his second technical foul of the game.

As we get closer to the playoff, games become more intense and fun. I expect a revenge game from the Lakers tomorrow.

Hope the team gets off to a better start and sustains it throughout the game. I don't expect a blowout, but I'll be very disappointed if they get down big to Toronto early in the game. No excuse for this team not to play with intensity on both ends of the floor from the get-go.
