I placed $100 bet on Lakers +9.5 Even if we lose, at least there's a chance i could get some sort of a win from this game. |

I agree. Kobe wants this team in the playoffs. He knows that they're extremely likely to fall out with his absence. He plays today and he wills them to victory.
The NBA is disgusting. They've been allowing players to walk under Kobe for too long. That was the only way Ray Allen even had a shot at defending him in the finals in 2008. The entire league is allowed to handcheck Kobe with impunity. When he knocks their hands away he gets called for a foul. The man would have broken almost every record in the book and we'd have more championships if he got Jordan treatment. _________________ "It was tough," Kobe Bryant said. Kobe doesn't play, and Lakers manage to pull a win.
The team grows as a result |

I think we have a shot to win the game even without Kobe, Indy was struggling with Minny for nearly 3 quarters. |

You're crazy if you think Kobe's going to play. His ankle looks very vulnerable from yesterday picture. Kobe could deal with pain, but this is more than just pain. Its a freaking baseball in his ankle! The worst could happen is Kobe further injure his ankle and it end up a career ending right there.
That is not what we need. I really hope Kobe rests up and our team step it up.
Its time for Howard to prove to us that he's worthy of being our future leader that he can lead a team. _________________ You miss 100 percent of the shots you never take. |

I'm i the only one who does not want Kobe to play today? Jeez, the man's ankle looked like an orange. He would be a liability on D. I'd rather he rest and play Sunday or Monday. No need to hurt himself further... _________________ New Beginings |

This. And he probably bad on O too! Why would we want a limping old man on the court that probably be a liability for the team?
I prefer him to rest up. I'm excited to see what this team got. Go Lakers! _________________ You miss 100 percent of the shots you never take. |

LOL. I'm going to the game tonight. I don't know if the real Jack will be there, but LG Jack will be. I'm rockin' my Kobe jersey and '09 Champs hat. (bleep) the Pacers. _________________ Philosophers ponder existence. Scholars read. Kobe Bryant takes everyone to school. |

If it were anyone other than Kobe, I'd agree but this is KOBE BEAN BRYANT.
I too want him to rest but IMO Kobe has a want to prove to world he's not from this planet.
It's a great opportunity for Dwight to show what he has to offer. I hope Kobe allows it to come to fruition. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Step up MDA and tell Kobe he's out for tonight. Get him as much rest and treatment as possible before putting himself at risk again. |
