Injury Report
•Kobe Bryant severely sprained his left ankle on March 13th after coming down on Atlanta's
Dahntay Jones' foot. He will return to full speed practice Thursday and is expected to play
Friday against the Wizards.
•Pau Gasol suffered a partially torn plantar fascia on February 5th against the Nets and was
expected to be out of the lineup for at least six weeks. He suffered a setback on March 16th
but head coach Mike D'Antoni expects him to return Friday to face the Wizards.
•Steve Blake is dealing with an illness and is questionable for Friday's game against
the Wizards.
•Jordan Hill will miss the remainder of the season after undergoing surgery to repair a torn
labrum in his hip.

recorded his fifth straight game of scoring 30-or-more points, becoming just the third player
in NBA history to do so after turning 34 years old, finishing with game highs in points (30)
and assists (7). Jodie Meeks provided 24 points off the bench on 9-14 shooting (4-7 3FG),
while Metta World Peace (13 points) and Dwight Howard (12 points, game-high 14 rebounds,
game-high 4 blocks) rounded out the Lakers players in double-figures.

I remember people here calling for the Lakers to sign Martell Webster. Boy were they right hes shooting 45% from 3 this season near the top of the NBA. Wouldn't mind having him right now. Could play 2 or 3.
