D'Antoni willfully went away from what worked before.
Starting Nash and Blake in the same backcourt was a bad idea. Nash just wasn't ready, and killed us offensively. Especially when we wasted possessions with him pounding the ball and then missing. |

Getting more of a contribution from others is important, but to me those three were the most important factors. The other guys will feed off the stars.
