I think its safe to say Nick Young sucks balls. Offensively he takes kobe shots and makes nothing. Overdribbles, and has no defense whatsoever.

If Dwight said he'd go to Golden State, I have to believe the Lakers would have held out for Klay in a trade.

I would have preferred Barnes.

I was hearing talks of both at the time.

And they had Iggy to take Barnes' spot.

Yeah, at least Henry and Johnson can do some other things if they aren't hitting

guy's been bad for so long... it's been safe to say he sucks for quite some time now.

Nah - I actually think they'll beat them. That's how things work in the NBA. The team you beat, beats the team that beat you. Also, the back to back.

CRACKED 90!!!! OH SNAP!!

Seriously though, this game is one of those "perfect storm" games, that happen from time to time.

Lakers were cold as a team...until the 4th. And, the Warriors were hot the ENTIRE game. And, when your defense is lacking, that just exacerbates matters.

Put this game in the rear view, and look forward.

Nick Young is like Shannon Brown in his last year with the Lakers. Has a big ego, very confident in his shot and will keep shooting. The key is to use him as a bench player. In this system he'll be a guy who can go for 30 one night and then 2-3 nights shoot 2-12. He's always been that guy. It will only be magnified in this system.

It'll be far better once he's a bench guy, and not a starter. I'm hoping MDA sees that eventually when Bryant is back.

Just from tonight's game, Iggy was a bigger addition for them than I had thought at first.

Well, I think the Warriors are even better this year. They upgraded their team. I'm hoping they pound Clips hard tomorrow. No lube.

this is what happens when you try to beat a world class run and gun team at their own game on a b2b

Warriors clearly scouted us and more specifically the bench and Henry. Stopped everything we wanted to do, and we couldn't knock down shots while they were on fire. Now to see.how we adjust. That lineup with Pau, Williams, Young, Meeks, and Blake was a disaster. Blake can't guard Thompson, and.they abused that. Williams can't guard Lee, and they abused that. We kept Pau on the perimeter. Meeks with too many brain dead drives. Ugh, ugly game.

He has all star talent and doesn't put up gaudy stats. However, his impact is immense.
