2 years ago Lin was better than knight

Now Lin isn't even close to the same player knight is =)

Lin has been given every chance to showcase his skill and he keeps getting worse

And I'm a Lin fan

Lin would probably be back on the rockets next year if they strike out on dragic (lin can back up Beverly)

Huh, very odd play setup in the OT, and suddenly no P&R. BS apparently drew something up on the board. what's it?

Ya that was kinda weird we had like what 5-6 PnR plays in a row which produced some pretty good plays and then nothing after that. I think BS started calling plays at that point as you could see lin communicating with BS in the last few minutes whenever he was bring the call up

yeah, it was quite weird not to see the PnR. Davis is a much better PnR than Boozer. i think Davis and Lin should always play together. Davis did a good job cleanup Lin missed layups. i can't believe that they made the last 3pointer to head to overtime. i wish Ellington just playoff his defender and move off early to defend the 3 pointer.

Good effort. I think Mil won the game. They hit some tough 3s in regulation. They hit a lot of 3s in OT. Lakers didn't play bad at all. I think in the 3Q Byron waited too long to bring in the bench who had to come back from a deficit and he could have made a choice to foul. But credit Mayo, that was a great shot made.

Lmao at all those zeros.

At this point all pio2u is take one more game, win or lose and he has the Game Thread Cup. Remember you need at least 7 games to qualify for positioning at the end of the season.

Imma do more game threads...

Everyone quick, beat pio2u to those game threads so he's not qualified!

How does going to Harvard have anything to do with ones Intelligence ? Lin was a privledged snobby kid who played ball there. I know plenty of Rich kids who went to Harvard, but didn't even score 800 on their SAT test.

But Lin is not one of them. He has high SAT score. If you don't have high SAT, you still can't get in the Harvard even if you are a great basketball player.

Lin played pretty well. He made a bad decision on the 2nd 3. I haven't watched Knight enough to know if he can turn it up in clutch time as much as he did tonight. He had a tough shooting Knight until late in the game. He has nice handles, I think Lin plays better D. Knight came up big.

I don't think Lin wants to go back to Houston.

Lin would look good playing with OKC were he can create open shots for guys like Durant and Westbrook...

Lin is trying and is giving effort no one can deny that... but he does seem like he wants to resurrect his career somewhere else.

Mchale loves Lin, Beverley is having a bad year, so Lin would get at least 28 min. A game in Houston

If Houston strikes out on dragic

Lin will be back in Houston (2 years 4 mil)

Why would he want to do that? The Lakers are arguably the most famous basketball franchise across the globe and the home crowd is a less douchey version of the Knicks crowd. This organization is the best place for him to prove his worth.

And I think he failed miserably to do so. Thus far he's shown us he's a back up pg at best

Lin a privileged snobby kid??

Lin was at his brother's apt sleeping on his couch when he was traded to the Knicks and when Linsanity hit.

did not watch the game until the last play of the regular time...
Wayne is bit late to rotate to Mayo...absolute should not give up a three..
the overtime
1, the offense is so stagnant, every set is late... i don't know what Lin was doing there, you either called the PnR on top or set up boozer in the low block or switch off giving to Young... every play should set up early, keep the ball and bodies moving.
instead, Lin was dribbling on top, wasted 10 seconds or so, then gave someone, then reset... man, this is 40+ games in the season...they still don't know what to do?... Lin seemed so uncomfortable out there...
2, the defense was ok, the Bucks hit a couple of tough shots...
3, Lin had tired legs in the step back jumper and the jumper off screen.
4, the stupid Boozer pushover, but it should not get there, boozer should either get a quick clean jumper, or keep the ball moving.

2 years ago knight was a bust(know as the guy who gets dunked on)

Last year knight was putting up empty stats (high points, bad %)

This year knight is a borderline all-star (kidd has been working with him)

I've said this about Lin for 3 years, without a good mid range shot, Lin will fail as a starter (at least 42% from midrange)

Stats say Bev is actually having one of his best years only 39%fg but 38% from 3 with 11/3 a game. For some reason his Def rating has gone down a bit but overall he is doing well. Problem is he isn't really a play maker and Harden is the only one carrying the load as play maker.

yeah, i'd rather he takes the three than his mid-range jumper, he seems adjusting his jumper in response to defense, that's bad... just shoot the ball before the defense gets you...

Wrong. I personally did business with the owner of Black & Decker for our job for years, and his son, who was a total nitwit went to Harvard. His dad bought his way in with a huge endowment. Plus, believe it or not, Harvard does give Athletic scholorships in Football and Basketball to some Brain Dead Athletes.
