Seated jurors down to 5. Judge Juan Merchan said he thought opening statements would be made on Monday. It looks like that may not happen.

Actually legislating wasn't in their plans. It isn't for most Republicans in Congress. They are just there for their next jobs. "Consulting" for lobbying firms. And making that $.
