I agree for all the reasons you state, plus the fact that it is starting to get a little weird. |
I am certainly not going to complain about The Body Issue, but I am amused that Chris Paul gets into better shape for a photo shoot than he does for his NBA teams. |

Photoshop. That's why Caruso got that PED test. What people see in those issues isn't reality. _________________ "Every hurt is a lesson, and every lesson makes you better” |

I remember hearing Copper was beneficial but totally forgot it kills germs. That’s a great idea about using Copper for the hospital doors. The Fecal Matter is absolutely legit. Actually our friends used to joke about using her hubbies bowels for her to help correct her issues. People don’t realize how important gut health is and our stomachs are considered to be our second brain.
I’ll watch that episode👍 |
I remember the name now of the bug they focused on. Couldn't think of it when I wrote that post. Clostridium difficile (they call it C-diff, kinda like C-Webb, who was difficult himself). That's a bug apparently that is defeated by SOME healthy people's crap, but I recall there were only 3-5% of "donors" who had all the healthy types of gut flora that they look for.
Found that episode on Wiki for ya. I got back epis of "Vice" on demand via Spectrum. If you can find it, good on ya. Too bad they cancelled it, it was an interesting program. I watched all of it from start to end like it was The Wire.
Season 5, Epi 28 (aired 10/6/17) "Post-Truth News And Microbiome"
Scientists have done tests with various kinds of metals shaped in little squares that fit in petrie dishes. Only copper (of the standard metals used in sh like door handles) kills all viral load put on it within minutes. The thought is that copper atoms interact with and break the cell walls of bacteria. |
Great show and very informative. Happy their asking tough questions about student debt and the fecal matter transplant and having a 90 percent success rate just proves how important our gut health is. Thanks for the vine. It’s also crazy that such a small percentage has the correct combination of helpful stool. 👍 |

i don't actually hate the content of the article, but with its placement on ESPN's homepage. guess where do you surf ESPN the most? of course at work, and having that naked body on your screen when co-workers walk pass by is not a good look. |

I have a huge issue of seeing overpaid firemen at street lights aggressively soliciting donations from the very public already subsidizing their inflated salaries and pensions. _________________ (bleep) Kawhi |

I mean, how much do you think firemen are raking in, $40-50K? You think that's being "overpaid" for risking their life? |

Well, I wasn't specifically thinking about CA, but this site lists the average CA salary at $58K. https://www.indeed.com/salaries/Firefighter-Salaries,-California |

Use of resources is not artificial however, and scarcity would demand either prudent collective ownership or private. |
