I feel so bad for IT because I always thought he could have a place in the NBA as a bench player, but I just don’t think he’s good enough :/ |

I know everyone sucked, including Luke Walton's brain fart at the end, but I put this one on Lonzo not knowing how to seize greatness, seize the moment.
When it was 91-90 with the lead and him with the ball. I wanted him to do one of those shots he did in San Antonio. Rock his guy to sleep and just ice it with a three, but he gave it to Randle.
Then after Dragic scored. He's supposed to run to the ball, but he runs down the court first and motions for his big men to take the ball up. You don't want Kuzma taking the ball up the court with pressure. As a point guard, you should know that's dicey. As someone who wants to be great, you should have ran to the ball. |
He didn’t want to be fouled with the ball |
In a 1 point game? |

They may not have ran the play for IT, and Lonzo has to get it in if they doubled Randle, but IT shouldn't have been in the game in the first place. He was cold off the bench, and the reason he was on the bench was because he was awful tonight. He just didn't have any business being on the floor in that situation. At least if it's Lopez in the game, he can get near the rim at any time and the shot won't be as badly forced as that IT shot.
Just a bad decision by Luke. And he made a good decision to call the timeout with 7.5 left, since we were doing nothing with that possession, but the decision to put IT in was not smart. |

I rather have Randle take a half court shot than give Lonzo a wide open 3 |

Heat had the lead, they wouldn't have fouled him. But if that played in his mind. He needs to get rid of that weak stuff asap. |

I thought we turned a corner after the Nuggets win. Yet, we have played two very bad games against teams missing half their rotation. 4 game losing streak coming up too. |

This (bleep) loss angers me. Not disappointed or sad, but anger which is somewhat rare for me. So many things in this game pissed me off. iT, Luke, turnovers and offensive rebounds. |

Uh, that's on Luke. Who also wasted half the clock for the heck of it. Reminded me of Byron telling Lin not to foul, "Jeremy, just twiddle your thumb for awhile, then foul once we only have 10 seconds left." |

I juat think its time to get this season over with. Find a way to get paul george whatever it takes. We need a veteran closer. Dont need lopez, thomas or kcp resigned. Resign Randle
Fill the roster out with better players. |

Heat g league team beats us. Spolstra is a great coach. Completely killed Luke. We need a new coach next year. And Lonzo needs lots of work. Lots |

Nuggets win was this team's game 7 of The Finals. There was bound to be a letdown after becoming world champions. |

there is if he would embrace what he is now in his career....scoring off the bench....he views himself as a top 10 player in the league....and he really have never been that (and yes I know about the MVP voting, etc.)....and he is definitely not that today. |

Wth happened to him after UCLA? |
I understand people being discouraged with him, believe me, I'm one of the biggest pessimists there is, but the other aspects of his game are so good for A rookie that I'm not worried at all. |

I dont hate lonzo actually like him. But he has no leadership skills, no fire, he will never live up to the hype. |

Typical overreaction by haters.
First of all... the lion's share of the blame must fall on IT... he was cold all day and we really needed at least fifteen points with Ingram and Hart out.
Also this is the third time he's choked in crunch time for us.
However, Luke needs to put him in for the last play because he can shoot free throws and he's not afraid of the moment and defenders need to account for him. I think Lonzo was looking for someone else first, when it didn't materialize he threw it to IT. It's not like he had a long time to run a play... he had a small opening and he missed badly. It was wise to pull him for the majority of the quarter... but it was wise to put him in and run a play for Kuzma or Randle, and have him there for the bailout option.
Just saying IT sucks is a gross over simplification and doesn't really explain what happened on the court or what has been happening with the team.
Tonight for third time... this loss is on him... but he's helped us on other nights. |

Larry Nance could've made that shot... _________________ "Now, if life is coffee, then the jobs, money & position in society are the cups. I agree with you on that last part....but nobody was living up to that hype that he had earlier in the year. |

The team is going to get tired of Lonzo jacking up 15 shots a game. And IT will be gone anyway so really doesn't matter with him |
