I feel like we need to make it happen at the deadline. I don't know why... we are entering GoT territory here. |
You basically have to trade Lebron or AD to make it work or it would need to be Danny Green, KCP and Cook. |

I was going to use this joke earlier. Either that or a ball with more air in it so you cant dribble it to death. Let's be fair everyone wants to see this. (bleep) maybe it works.
I like to think of it as Stevie Franchise and Cuttino Mobley Part Deux |

Clippers will want to get him although I’m not sure what they can offer. |

one thing that I think Laker fans will miss for a couple years is being basically out of the "transaction game" in the NBA. It is such a big part of the league and we have always been part if the rumors.....but until we build up some decent assets on decent money contracts and get access to some draft picks....we are basically on the sidelines for a while. |

Lakers don't have a first round pick they can trade right now or at the deadline until 2026.
I'd rather have Green, KCP and Cook anyway. |

did you guys see that report that Durant would not agree to the S&T that got GSW Russell unless GSW gave up a pick? Like GSW and and Brooklyn were good without the pick, but he refused to sign unless GSW gave up a pick. I think he is the most repulsive dude in the NBA. |

Unless you trade for some... Lebron and AD if things go according to plan are supposed to make these guys look like worldbeaters. Our pickups have a golden opportunity to feature themselves, and what they can do on teams with stars. |

You’re joking?
Westbrook and Harden are by far the best backcourt in the league. I can’t even think of a better pairing in history. These are two league MVP’s in their prime. |
Please tell me you are being sarcastic. Best backcourt in the leage? I agree if by best you mean most offensively inefficient and turnover heavy. #1 and #2 in turnovers per game. This is a dumpster fire in the making. two guys that demand the ball and need to be the focus offensively. Two guys who are horribly inefficient shooters. Two guys who turn the ball over on record paces. Basically Houston just added turnovers and lowered their shooting percentage with this move. |

How is that repulsive? KD did the Nets a solid by getting back a pick, and space for DeAndre Jordan (forcing the Warriors to take back Shabazz Napier and Treveon Graham.) He is a Net now. He could have walked into their space for nothing. Why not help them out?
I am not even a Durant fan, but he did right by the Nets. |

OKC has been one of the worst drafting teams in the league in the last 8 years.
First round picks since 2012:
2012: Perry Jones
2013: Archie Goodwin + Steven Adams + Andre Roberson
2014: Josh Huestis + Mitch McGary
2015:Cameron Payne
2017: Terrance Ferguson |

Harden had a 63% True Shooting last season? Curry was 64%. They may not be the best backcourt, but they are the most talented. |

OKC is now AGGRESIVLY attempting to find a landing place for Chris Paul. Their first plan was to have Westbrook sent to Rockets via 3 team trade. They do NOT plan on playing him this year and will likely agree to a buyout if unable to find a trade. |

$23m is not bad for Adams and what will OKC spend their money on? It isn't like they will be targeting FAs. They need to pay someone to hit the salary floor. |

the Nets did not ask for the pick....dude is a dbag. Must not be the brightest guy either because he demanded a 1st round pick....but the teams protected in a way that it has about a 1% chance of being a 1st Round pick. |

I disagree...not paying anywhere near that amount unless we are talking about a All NBA level center.....you can get a guy that gives you 80% of what he does for a fraction of the cost. |

LOL. True shooting percentage... yeah only because he got to the FT line more than anyone. Take away his FTs and dude is below average shooter. |

Chris Paul can't in good conscience as the head of the NBPA agree to a buyout, or can he?? He would never clear waivers and the Lakers could never get him. |
