Nothing to see here, move on...

Truth. Just another winnable game lost to the “unbeatable” super Dubs. We keep letting em off the hook.

I don’t know why this rubbed me the wrong way. Who would you have signed? What moves would you have made? If given a roster with no cap room and a bunch of meh players, what would you have done?

Enlighten us, what were the correct moves?

Let's see. Summer 2018 and we decided

-Not to sign any shooters.

-Legit backup center. Tyson Chandler had to come to the rescue via buyout.

-Overpay for KCP

-Signing no defenders. No shooters and no defenders....

So you anticipated that Kuz/KCP/Hart would all regress in their shooting? Cool.

Lance has been our best shooter.

Tell me who you would have signed, for how much and how you know they would have accepted and why.

Apparently you know better then magic and rob. One of the best NBA players of all time and one of the most successful agents of all time, who was a player and is a lawyer.

I’m not trying to be a jerk, but man, it’s easy in hindsight to say what should have been...these guys are more qualified than you and I guarantee that rob is smarter than you or I.

Kuzma regressed shooting last season. Ariza was out there on a one year deal, along with young unproven players that other teams have signed. Aguy like Torrey Craig starred for Denver but we have to sign washed up vets that Lebron wanted.

Wayne Ellington
Alex Len
Seth Curry
Marco Belineli

Hell a lot of us wanted to sign Ariza to a one year deal instead of giving that dumbass contact to KCP.

Our signing have been (bleep) and it's showing. The media laughed at these signings, and looks like they were right.

Whatever, McGee/lance/rondo have all played well IMO. Our young core is what has sucked, they have all played worse than anticipated.

I too think we should have signed Len, that was a mistake, not signing a good backup C. Other then that, Our returning players except for Lonzo have all shot worse from distance. That’s been the issue really.

All of the signings you hate will be off the books shortly, so problem solved.

Sure they have more basketball knowledge than any of us. But they are also inexperience GM and basketball executives that are unwilling to get help.

Many of us were calling we needed to sign more shooters. You assumed they neglected this issue for a purpose. But for whatever reason, they made the wrong judgement while many of us already acknowledged.

Did they?

Shams had Lance and no Hart.
Shams used "almost physical" and pumped it up into a vets thing.
Momo and Tania used terms like typical and never out of control.

I guess they confirmed the heated part?

When Shams said it stopped short of being physical, I read that as it NOT being physical.

The argument he described was confirmed by both. Someone must have opened their mouth when they were caught up in the moment. Tania and Ramona wouldn't have shared this if the news wasn't out there already.

He had some stupid turnovers in the 4th. He had one where he should’ve wait for KCP to retrieve he shoe but saw that as an opportunity to get his but it backfired hard.

It's because there's no substance. He's just a philosophy coach like Byron, except Byron was a wannabe drill sergeant while Luke is a wannabe hippie.

Neither of them are very good development or Xs and Os coaches.

When's the last time we had a good coach?

Mike Brown, Bernie Bickerstaff and then Mike D'Antoni...

but then we went and got Byron Scott.

I thought this part was hilarious:

Quote:
(Beasley) repeatedly referred to Walton as "bro" during the exchange Saturday, which touched a nerve with the coach, a source told ESPN.

So which is it, Luke? You bro or no?
