Frustration and unease have already set in within the organization regarding its playoff hopes. But probably the most worrisome issue among some players is the fear that not everyone believes a playoff berth is attainable.

it’s no wonder why we keep dropping games with the playoffs at stake.

There's basically the young core, Lebron, and the veterans on one-year deals. Young guys are probably not a fan of Lebron after the trade deadline and being thrown under the bus. Lebron clearly doesn't like them since he tried to trade them away. The veterans are all jokes with a history of issues so god knows what they cause.

Yeah, I think it is safe to say they don't believe in one another. Even last night Ingram didn't give it to James down the stretch and James seemed upset before committing TO after TO. While it has gotten a little better since the break, there's still clearly some major chemistry problems.

I will say Lebron has been a lot better in the media last couple games and also has shown more effort. Hopefully, the Ingram emergence gives him more confidence in the core, it rubs off on the guys, and they go on a run. I wouldn't say the chemistry issues between the young guys and Lebron are unrepairable. Again, it has been getting better and better.

probably refering to guys like Rondo/Chandler/ they are the guys with a lot of playoff experience and probably can already sense that the team doesn’t have what it takes... the young guys probably are excited at the challenge but the vets might already be caving in on the season.

Eh. It's just a throwaway line from a reporter that doesn't seem to be based on anything but his own opinion.

Hayes himself buried it deep within the story, so it's not like he was making as big a deal of that line as you are.

It’s clear now that Rondo is 1 of the guys who doesn’t believe the playoffs are attainable... never was Laker material IMO.

This isn’t a team, it is a group of individuals who wear the same uniform.
