This made me LOL. Rambis always lurking. The Lakers are doing the right thing by trusting a methodical process. But hopefully they're not overthinking this. Unless there's a super home run hire like Doc Rivers out there, bring in Ty Lue and make sure he brings A1 assistants. I know Ettore Messina has set himself up for a big job, but I think he's dead set on replacing Pop in San Antonio. _________________ Life long lover of the Purple and Gold!
I've got a little youtube show about Lakers rumors! Any likes or comments are appreciated.
C'mon LG'ers, our next head coach is Ty Lue. Stop kidding yourselves, we are Cleveland West now whether you like it, are willing to admit it or not. lebron is predictable if you've been paying attention to his actions and not what the media tells you.

I don’t think anyone is a lock to become our head coach right now, we are still exploring options.
John Ireland just said on AM 710 that reporters are getting shut out by the Lakers organization. No one is saying anything. Not Jeanie. Not Pelinka. No one.

I've been very pleasantly surprised by Lue's offensive scheme and would rate him ahead of what I remember of Monty's - but I haven't gone deep into the tape on him yet.

If he’s a good hire why haven’t we signed him to a extension?
Even if he is the one, he's probably not an overwhelming favorite; they'll float out interest to other candidates while talking down his salary demands.

I have my doubts with Lue, sure when he had a good team he came out ahead and when not? Where have I seen that story before? _________________ Lakers need to build a freaking team !

2018 Cavs didnt have much more talent than the Lakers team this season. Puke couldn't even get us to the playoffs, Lue got them to the Finals. And that's with half the Cavs roster being traded at the deadline
Just curious: Since Lue is a former Laker do you guys treat him like a Laker retreat or just another regular guy getting the Lakers job?
I'm on the thinking that I don't care if he's a former Laker or not.
As long as a coach can coach I'm good.
That being said, I don't get the Lakers vibe from him.
He only played 3 years with the Lakers and only 61 total regular season games.
