A lot of player development comes from players taking the onus upon themselves to improve. Victor Oladipo took a big leap before last season after working with the same guy Brandon Ingram worked with last summer. |

Sure. You can't determine how well a team does developing players by only looking at one or two guys. You need to see their track record over time. |
