I feel like Dame just had a historic night & you could argue cemented himself as a historic shooter...

I need some historical context. 10-18 from 3, has that ever been done in a playoff game before? That buzzer beater was the most impressive 3 I’ve ever seen probably - next to the halfcourt logo by his own volition w the series on the line...... ... who does that? Reggie Miller or Ray Allen would have never pulled from there especially to win a series. Steph is never at his best in the playoffs, Steph would never have a 50pt game winner playoff game even without Durant.
If Ray or Miller woulda hit 10 3s in a playoff game & a game winner, it’d have cemented their legacy as penultimate shooters...
Can Dame at least get in the top 10 shooters ever convo? He makes so many a year, and his range historically has only been matched by Steph

Crazy shot. Still look at it and can’t believe he drained it. A damn side-step

Dame took OKC's heart with that dagger. That he hit that shot on PG was just icing on the cake. (bleep) PG. #unfinishedBusiness

Lol. Curry has done it over and over at much deeper levels of the playoffs.

Imagine how stupid this shot would have looked if he had missed.

He had plenty of time to have done something else but just stood there waiting...

dame deserves the shot and the glory. he was making plays for the
team all series long. Quietly wrecked OKC-ya
At 3-1 he had a green light to take em out. Until then he was following
coach's plan. Now that you can respect and try to emulate.

i am just happy westbrick got put in his place.

we used to laugh at WB's thuggish gangsta playa whatever
back when it was funny....3 years ago.
then he crippled playoff run after playoff run and nobody is laughing now.
All he can do now is disrespect the media lol.

westbrick has the personality of a roadside hobo crackhead.

I have always wanted him to fail because he has a (bleep) attitude about
everything that is not all about him. (bleep) on team mates and does a
silly (bleep) show dance that no one understands or cares about.
never worked on this 3pt shot and cant really be coached.

harden and KD would have been a much better pair than this gangster-thug

young kids need to see this idiot fail and understand basketball is not one
uber athletic black guy vs another uber athletic black guy.
This I am the QB so I eat first nonsense is no longer acceptable.
NBA Basketball now is a team sport where you have to understand and respect your teammates. Actually its always been a team sport.

WB all quiet now. Mr Tripple double

yea i dont think so. this guy does stuff curry doesnt do. Doesn't mean Curry CANT...he just doesn't cuz he doesnt have to with the olympian squad he has. give credit where its due, lillard has it MUCH harder than Curry.

A walk off series ender is a big deal...before Lillard only Stockton had it last...over 20 years ago. Even Kobe doesn't have any. Lillard has TWO! and both are incredible.

so you can lol all you want. Dame is doing stuff curry never did.

If he misses, they go to OT with momentum.

Running the clock out so OKC can't get a shot attempt after his own is just standing there? lol

he's dumb. took a low percentage shot with a defender on him. should've passed to harkless there right under the basket. stupid, selfish, reckless player.

To be fair, I don't think Curry's done quite the same thing. As far as I recall, he's never hit a buzzer beating, gaming winning 3 from deep in hte playoffs. Not to discredit him as he's hit other big shots (and I'd still take Curry all day, every day).

He was taking ridiculously deep threes all series and still hitting them at a very impressive rate of 48%. So in a vacuum it was a bad shot but given the circumstances - being a great shooter who's on a hot streak, having the series lead 3-1, game being tied, getting extra separation than a closer shot - it wasn't as bad a shot as people make it out to be. If Curry takes that shot it's not a bad shot either. But if Westbrook does, it's a terrible shot.

That’s my point. It’s a great shot but it doesn’t begin to put Dame in Curry’s stratosphere.

It isn't a bad shot when you know beforehand it is going in.

He knew it and never had a doubt, it was money the whole way which is why he had his "bye bye" thing ready to go for OKC.

Pretty incredible performance, one of the best I have seen in a long time.
