Is there a definitive answer on what is the best episode of Curb? What about best season?
I thought LG had a Curb thread. But I can't find it. |

Didn't care much for S2 and S3 of True Detective so my hopes fore S4 weren't particularly high. But I loved the opening episode. I just hope the rest of the show goes similarly well. |

It’s so funny because I’m pretty sure I’m the only one/one of the few in the world that preferred s3 to s1. I skipped s2 because I heard it wasn’t good. Just funny because s1 TD is supposed to be one of the best seasons of television.
I guess it’s the same reason why I can enjoy shows like Selling Sunset  |

S1 of Reacher was the "date night" show for the wife and me. We haven't started S2 yet.
Our interim "date night" show is The Brothers Sun on Netflix.

Question: Are the different seasons of FARGO completely disconnected from other preceding/succeeding seasons? I watched S1 and part of S2, but they both definitely felt like different stories entirely. Am I just dense? or are they all different?

They're different stories that are connected. The finale is the end of the loop.

Season 5 of Fargo was good-great. I'd give it an 8/10.
Juno Temple, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Sam Spruell should get Emmy consideration.
Jon Hamm also played a bad guy in The Morning Show this year.
I'm glad he isn't pigeon holing himself into good guy roles.

I did not see any of the Apple tv series except for 2-3 clips, so I hope he has kept his edge and clarity, unlike whatever happened to Colbert who was equivalently great before he got the current job.
Seems like he's just doing election-specific stuff then one day a week, which is something at least. |

Wrinkled face, but her body seemed pretty tight in the sex scene for a woman that age (didn't look like they could use a body double in that shot). In modeling, the old saying is that, as she ages, a woman can either focus on preserving her face or her ass, but not both. Looks like Jodie chose the latter.
I skipped seasons 2 & 3. I don't know if I like Season 4 . . . but I cannot stop from watching it. It's another date show for the Mrs. & me.

I may be cynical or racially overly sensitive. I noticed when Blacks are arrested their hands are cuffed behind them. When Whites are arrested their hands are cuffed in front. Am I being as prefaced or is it a fact?

Yeah, so for episodes in and this season is proving to be a cluster-(bleep). Nothing is even beginning to make sense and they only have two hours left to tie everything up. The music and scenery are cool, some of the acting also, but the convoluted storyline is just not to my liking. |

There's not alot of runway left to land the plane. That's for sure.
But the critics vouch for this season. And they said the final 2 episodes do a good job making the season satisfying. We will see.

god I hate True Detective S4. I usually watch late at night and the jump scares are annoying af. i'd rather watch a (bleep) plot than deal with cheap scares. might have to stop watching after e4 and wait until what the consensus is after the last 2 episodes air. there is nothing I hate more than cheap scares in television or movies. sad that TD has to resort to this
